也許是因爲在2024年新年期間,我們和家人在一起,客人非常多,所以停車位已滿,當我們進入停車場時,我們不能出去,不能去任何地方”還有一個地方早餐很小,想吃早餐排隊

我和家人一起入住,酒店的第一印象整潔乾淨,工作人員很友好,位置很好,靠近茂物城的任何地方,有餐廳、游泳池和小賣場等設施。早餐很好吃,有很多變種。謝謝Lucky先生和所有員工的服務和熱情好客

Staying 2D1N at mirah for business purpose, workshop meeting. Honestly i have a good impression in the first sight. Nice lobby and the hallway to their restaurants and meeting room. Their menu in the restaurant is good. Especially their chicken noodles and rawon.. But i kind of dissapointed with their room facilities. Lack of electricity plug, and amenities. I stay in room in old tower (3 digits) room, and they provide soap bar at the bathroom for bath. When i call the operator to ask for the liquid soap, the give it but the package is not look like a new one.oh, and they dont have a hair dryer at the bathroom i hope they can upgrade their amenities for better experience of staying at mirah hotel. Because honestly i feel like staying at 3 stars hotel, not 4 stars hotel.

我去了房間,兩分鐘內就能看見,1.牀上有許多,不僅僅是一牀,其中兩個,但我只拍了一張。牀上有個看起來不新鮮(有人在我之前睡過)。當我找到了,我只能控制一切。頭上還有,房間只是老了,不乾淨,維護好。當家小姐重新牀時,我們一起發現牀上還有一塊大塊,周圍。真的嗎?但是,房人很快,快來2.我控制了這一切,我打電話給收容所解釋了一切。你說“你想重新做牀?我們來嗎?”你問我?好吧!我該怎麼做?我該睡在的牀上?這家四星級酒店是什麼?所以男人就得知道該怎麼做我們已經付了早餐,我們到那裏的時候還得等 因爲一切都是滿的 我們在大廳裏等着滿滿 但沒有問題 沒有喝酒 等着等我們吃飯的時候,服務員給我們一個髒的計數器 服務員完全不友好 我說請清理 他只了一次 沒看見 又走了OMG我需要手一切,一個服務員來(也許她看到我手乾淨)。食物不合適,主要東西可以吃。

It was very good! The people are so friendly and kind. They wil help you with everything. For example Andre drove with me to a ATM because it was not near the resort. And Rizal helpt good also with checking in and also other things. The only thing what we didn’t like that much was that the shower had a powerful ray. All by all. We enjoyed it very much en I really recommend it, when you want a relax en nice looking resort.

Untuk kesekian kalinya terinakasih atas hospitalitynya bella dan team fo, team f&b (Kuniawan, willy, lis, ridwan), sekarang saya nambah menu fav, selain danish fruit dan ceker, buster herbalnya yg signature LL'one..juara bangeeet. I feel like at home.

Super banget deh ibis style ini, pelayanannya rata ramahnya, dr depan sampe all staff semuanya ramah dan helpfull banget, ambience nya bagus, restonya cantikk banget warnanyaa, kamarnya worth enough untuk kita berdua, lokasi pas banget di jl pajajaran dan gampang kemana2 Keep the good work😍

所有工作人員都很友好,大堂,走廊,房間,浴室和餐廳都很乾淨。不幸的是,早餐沒有變化,沒有麥片,很多食物很重。停車場希望能得到更好的修復

Driver got lost as there's a big u-turn from highway. Breakfast was ala carte due to fasting period thus need to inform breakfast type, if not, it will be default rice set. Shower pipe has sound and there was no instruction on how to use it. Nice scenary view. Nearest convenience store is of a distant away.

Tempatnya nyaman.. hanya saja kurang bisa menikmati karena banyak acara keluarga.. 😢
