菲登齊酒店(Hotel Fidenzi)

The lazy old venezuelan house keeper does not clean the room every day. Hotel does not provide shampo. Stupid and lying hotel owner does not even know how to run the guests payment system. Should report to Trip.com and *********** that the owner refuses certain guests to continue staying at the hotel because the hotel is not making enough profit off them. A pathetic female relative of the hotel owner came to knock on the room' door and said she was "interested in the culture" and couldn't keep her mouth shut for the entire hour. Who cares what you are interested in!!! Not to mention she smelled so bad.. if it's not for the price, I would have given 0 star.

Excellent value for the cost. Friendly and very helpful service, with a tasty breakfast in addition. Room was clean and functional with a good TV and excellent shower. Much better than I expected for the cost. Best thing was the staff/management, who were always available and happy to help.

I actually never stayed at this hotel. When I went to check in at the hotel there was some mistake the hotel had made with booking rooms, so they moved me to another property under their ownership that had an available room.

Horrible nasty staff at reception

Partiamo dal presupposto che ho messo 1* perché non è possibile non metterne nemmeno una..non riesco a concepire come questo luogo possa essere categorizzato "HOTEL".. ne come possa essere ancora aperto.. in primo luogo è SPORCO!! polvere e ragnatele ti accompagnano in ogni ambiente,la "pulizia giornaliera" delle camere consiste nel rifarti il letto e nient'altro, le lenzuola del letto o sono macchiate o sono talmente vecchie ed usate da essere diventate ormai trasparenti..gli asciugamani non li raccolgono o se lo fanno non li cambiano ma da per terra che erano li poggiano sulla doccia quindi se ne vuoi di puliti li devi richiedere alla reception.. una spazzata per terra manco se li preghi..durante questa tortura di soggiorno abbiamo cambiato camera, inizialmente eravamo in un patio tra la cucina/lavanderia ed il magazzino in una camera OSCENA ed alle 6 di mattina ti lavoravano davanti la finestra..poi ci hanno spostato in una camera simil vivibile con una cassaforte che ovviamente non funziona ma con lo sporco sempre presente così come il rumore della "sala colazioni"/entrata dell'hotel attaccata alla nostra finestra e la reception accanto dove ci sono state anche riunioni politiche alle 8 del mattino .. la "colazione inclusa" consiste in uova, NIENT'ALTRO!! Se per qualche ragione non le vuoi o non le puoi mangiare non mangi. Il kit bagno è una saponetta, non hanno né shampoo ne bagnoschiuma ed ovviamente così come gli asciugamani non te ne mettono una nuova al giorno. Non riesco a capire come abbiano delle recensioni positive.. NON VENITE, Ve lo dico per la VOSTRA SALUTE!!
