卡薩列爾93酒店(Hotel Casa Real 93)

When choosing this property I booked it for the convenience and the rating. This hotel is far from what is stated. Upon entering my room the room did not match the pictures I saw prior to booking. I returned the receptionist and asked why wasn’t I given the room that was pictured. They apparently did not have that room. The room I had was old and worn with spackle patches on the walls and door. Bathroom was run down and old not updated, bed looked worn with a dent in it. Floors had scrape marks and so did the furniture and walls. I was offered another room. The host and I went to see 2 other rooms that were available. They were not much better. I chose the the best out 3 since this was my only option except for leaving and having to pay for the time I booked and to find another hotel and pay for that property also. My friend came into town late that night and the evening receptionist was going to charge me for an extra person. After having to prove I booked for double occupancy and not single my friend was allowed to stay with out a fee. Also, the door would sometimes lock and other times not when leaving. Made the reception aware of this also, sometimes would lock and sometimes not. If you have no other option stay here but do not expect the best room. Look for other options…

La propiedad indica q es una suite y cuando llegar no tiene estufa ni microwave, y hasta q pregunté la recepcionista indico q si quería me podían ubicar de una, en mi habitación tampoco había cafetera y demoraron mas de tres horas en conseguirme una La cama de mi hijo estaba rota y no fue hasta el día siguiente q me pudieron cambiar de habitacion

Property was outdated, there is poor service by the front desk, and i asked for ice for a few drinks and there wasnt any, i dont recommend this place at all

Positivos: Atención y cortesia del personal Negativos: - La reserva registrada no era la que habíamos realizado - Una de las habitaciones reservadas no tenía agua caliente. - Muy ruidoso! Los huéspedes (niños y adultos) gritan y hacen ruido a cualquier hora (desde las 6AM hasta las 24 hs) y nadie les dice nada

El primer día no había agua caliente, y el cuarto estaba muy frío. Arreglaron lo frío del cuarto con calentadores, y el agua el primer día no estaba el técnico, el segundo tampoco pero la chica de recepción subió a ver, le movió a las pastillas de la luz y pudo salir el agua caliente. Después nos volvimos a quedar sin agua caliente, pero ya fuimos a ver y eran las pastillas que se botaban a cada rato y nosotras lo hicimos cada vez que era necesario.

Muy buena atención, alojamiento agradable limpio, los colchones un poco duros, son ortopédicos. En general todo muy bien ☺️

El personal super dispuesto, lo que necesites te ayudan. Pienso que el desayuno debe ser más variado, fue prácticamente el mismo los 5 días

Nuestra estadia fue muy grata. La habitación grande limpia comoda y el personal muy atento. El desayuno muy rico y completo.

Me gusto que la habitacion estaba limpia, el desayuno incluido y que podiamos ir caminando a buenos restaurantes.
