波哥大機場萬豪城市快捷普拉斯酒店的評論

昨晚回來再次入住發現他們家不管一樓餐廳還是二樓的早餐廳，環境都是很不錯的！ 喜歡這樣的落地窗設計，每天玻璃都是很乾凈的。

有班車來回機場！房間很乾凈，就是衣架是固定的，不可以洗衣服！ 網絡比較慢！早餐還不錯👍 樓下有餐廳，二十四小時服務！還是不錯的

每次在哥倫比亞要離開的時候都會住這個酒店。很方便，還有24小時班車。去機場二樓酒店班車處等就行了。風雨無阻的

房間挺乾淨的

The hotel was just fine, It requires a little more maintenance, specially in the room. Some LED lights were falling down in my room. The cleanliness in the room can also improve. I also ordered some things from room service, the lady on the phone told me a price, but when it arrived at the room I have to pay more than I was told.

Sencillo y limpio,pero falta mas personal en recepción. Sin embrague el transporte al aeropuerto es gratis y conveniente.

Excellent clean well mannered staff

Olvide un shampoo en mi primera visita a bogota durante dos semanas regrese y por mas que les insistí que me dejaran hablar con la camarera para recuperar el shampo nunca le avisaron no me dejaron preguntarle y no lo entregaron aun y cuando enotros city express que visitamos en otras ciudades me dijeron que guardaban las cosas olvidadas 5 semanas minimo

If your not Colombian your not welcome here. The process everyone else first then foreigners. The staff is rude the management is rude and not helpful. Waited for hours to check in. Reception did not know how to check us in. They give you no information about the property or breakfast. My mother was ill during our tavels and they processed all the young people that were from here first and made all the foreigners wait hours. Horrible service! It's not worth the money to be treated like this. I felt this was definitely due to us not being from here. Stay Away!

Excellent. Well located. You can walk to a nice mall where you can find all kind of services. If you want you can bring your car, take taxi or even the “Transmilenio” public transportation. Cristian at the front desk was helpful, nice, and help us find an iPad we left in the hotel days before. You can go to the airport at anytime and they will pick you up every 30 minutes at the second floor.

I stayed for 3 nights on the 3rd night I could not sleep someone tried to open the door of my room with a valid room card, had I not blocked the door they would have gotten it. I Called the clerk at the reception he said it was domeone with an all access card... they could easily give access to thieves or other people to any hotel room.

Un hotel muy bonito, el staff excelente y el desayuno muy rico. Las habitaciones limpias y ordenadas. La distancia desde el aeropuerto muy conveniente. Lo único que no me gustó es que al acostarse en una de las camas más que la otra, se sentía como una tabla justo en la mitad del colchón. De resto todo muy bien!

El servicio de traslado del hotel al aeropuerto, esta mañana (nov 17, 2023 a las 5:40 am) fue pésimo!! Casi pierdo mi vuelo al igual que otros pasajeros. El conductor se presento tarde, casi 10 minutos; adicionalmente no fue diligente en que el viaje iniciara de forma expedita.
