酒店環境很不錯，5星級的標準，服務人員Pablo態度很好，很有耐心，攜程服務人員態度也很棒，很不錯，推薦。

Everything was perfect, decoration , rooms, pool, food, drinks , ATTENTION!!! Nothing else to say or to asked for !!

아침 조식도 만족스럽고, 환경도 좋습니다. 쇼핑몰과 함께 있어 외부 식사도 편리 합니다. 샤워실 수압이 너무 약하고 샤워부스 사용이 불편합니다. 도착하여 로비가 2층이고, 차량 주차 공간이 협소합니다.

Excelente ubicación, muy buena limpieza y servicio. Habitaciones en buen estado, solo falló la Cerradura eléctrica pero fue arreglada con prontitud. Lo malo, la piscina demasiado fría. NO creo que haya estado a 27 grados.

One of the issues I had while staying at the Hyatt Centric was the stench of sewage in my room and in the elevators. Also, it would’ve been nice if they included free transportation from airport to the hotel, and vice versa. But you have to let them know beforehand that you want transportation and it costs around $16, which is a lot more expensive than the $6-10 you’d pay for a cab or uber. Everything else was okay, but a bit disappointing as I expected more from the Hyatt brand.

Es muy fácil llegar del hotel al aeropuerto. El hotel está en un centro comercial que tiene varias opciones para comer y comprar. La habitación estaba muy cómoda, limpia y el personal fue súper amable.

Hotel muy complicado para llegar en vehículo, es necesario caminar por el estacionamiento y tomar 3 diferent elevadores para llegar a tu habitación, las habitaciones tienen buen gusto pero la regadera no va con la modernidad de la habitación

El personal del counter, tenia q irme de emergencia a atender un paciente pediatrico grave, hice mu check out on lune rapidamente y fui al counter solo a q me valudaran el ticket de parqueo , habia cola de personas y solo un hombre atendiendo le trate de explicar mi emergencia para podrr irme rapido solo tenia q darme un ticket nuevo y me respondio fatal, hasta los clientes en la cola colavoraron y el muy mal educado con muy mal trato , deberian educar en servicio al cliente y saver cuando hacer exceocuones y priorizar la atencion

Great staff. Very attentive. Breakfast and dinner was also very good. Room was very clean and spacious. Only one thing that needs improvement is setting the wake up calls at the correct time. Wake up call were always an hour late. Grateful that had my phone alarm set as a backup. Overall, great hotel.

The airport pick up was perfect. The room and breakfast too. There was a smell in the elevators in particular but in the room also that was unpleasant. It smelled a bit like sewage. Other thank that, it was great.

상대적으로 안전한 시내 중심가에 위치해 있고 보안이 잘되어 있으며 호텔 시설이 깨끗하고 좋았음. 주변에 괜찮은 식당을 이용하기 편하며 호텔 스카이 라운지가 있어 매우 유용했음.

Traveling alone and arriving at night time can feel uneasy so having reception upstairs with the bellman was helpful. The reception was pleasant as well. The room is cozy and clean with products that are eco without hard chemicals!
