酒店位於市中心，方便前往主要區域。 沒有私人停車場，但步行 5 分鐘即可到達一個相當大的（付費）停車場。 大房間（小套房）和寬敞，家具齊全，非常漂亮的浴室。 早餐（可能在 covid 限制之後）在房間內供應，可以在前一天晚上在所提供的早餐類型之間做出選擇，這是一些人可能喜歡的解決方案，但我個人更喜歡自助餐，在那一刻我想吃什麼就吃什麼。

非常原始的酒店，熱情好客的員工。優秀的早餐客房服務。一塵不染的酒店。我下次訪問博洛尼亞時最喜歡的目的地。

L'hotel è un 4 stelle, ma secondo me non ne merita neanche 2, la polvere e l'odore di muffa pervadono gli ambienti, la camera che mi è stata data aveva le tende staccate in più punti e non si potevano aprire e chiudere, stessa cosa per le tende oscuranti che per di più erano piene di polvere, la camera tristissima e squallida. Ho chiesto di essere rimborsata ma la proprietà mi ha detto di arrangiarmi e rivolgermi all'avvocato. Per fortuna avendo prenotato con booking mi sono rivolta a loro e hanno risolto il problema facendo attivare la cancellazione della prenotazione e il rimborso di quanto già pagato, senza gli operatori booking (gentilissimi) avrei perso 150 €, perché lì non avrei alloggiato assolutamente. Unica nota positiva, la gentilezza di Pietro un ragazzo dipendente dell'hotel.

Hotel molto carino, è un ex convento. Abbiamo prenotato una belle camere più belle su due piani con vasca idromassaggio. Alcuni servizi un pò da migliorare soprattutto la colazione... ambiente comunque bello e pulito, ben insonorizzato

Ottimo per tutti gli aspetti. Camera ampia e confortevole, ben arredata. Bagno grande con doccia enorme. Colazione a buffet varia, dolce e salato. Personale gentile. Posizione molto comoda per visitare il centro storico. Autobus a due passi per andare in stazione.

Totalmente recomendable. Todo el servicio del hotel muy atento y amable. El desayuno muy variado y rico. Muy acogedor.

I stayed there 10 days last year and planned to be back in bologna often. This is my first bad review. With metal implants in my leg, I picked the Suite because of the spa tub for pain. But it doesn’t work, the owner talked to my boyfriend and told him he should get it fixed. The cold water leaks and we had to tighten the base at the tiles to get it to stop. I took a movie, showed the front desk, no one would come check and he promised a new room the next day. They kept asking about the parking when we were in the municipal spaces. He layed on the lobby couch all night screaming. I could hear him from the room at 4 am. I asked him for a blanket and he said we had a duvet cover (which had a sheet inside it) and said turn up the heat if you’re cold. He also said to circle one choice for breakfast so I got 3 slices of old mortadella , what a change from last year. The stairs are steep with dirty carpet the entrance room is just a plastic couch so if you want anything it’s 3 flights up and down. They said yes to switching rooms twice. We packed everything and put it by the door. I returned the boy was there and said no, threatened me with charges if I kept asking bc my stupid bf smoked a cig. the maid checked the tub it was perfect (the maid is a plumber). I begged for any room without stairs and said I’ll pay for the suite np. I said talk to me, bc they kept only addressing my bf, “you don’t speak Italian”(The boy didn’t either or English!)

Gorgeous place decorated with such taste. Good in room amenities and breakfast included. Very good price and top location. Quiet side street, but with cool eating and drinking places along, and about 10 mins walk from the center. About half hour walk from train station. Lovely staff. This will be my go to place next time I visit Bologna

We arrived in Bologna by train and got a taxi to the hotel which takes around 15 minutes and costs approximately 20 euro. The check in staff were polite and we left our luggage with them as we arrived early. We went out exploring and came back and our bags had been put in our room. The room was medium sized, clean and there was tea and coffee making facilities although only paper cups provided. We asked for extra pillows as only one each provided and they kindly obliged. The problems arose when we went to use the shower and barely any water came out. We called the receptionist and she came straight up, she said she’d call maintenance. The shower started working all be it very poorly so I told her not to bother as we wanted to go out. When we got back we had no water at all. Luckily we had brought some bottled water so we used this for our kettle and brushing our teeth. The bed was very comfortable and we had a good nights sleep, the air conditioning worked well. The following morning we got up and again no water pressure! Just about enough to brush your teeth, a shower was impossible! This was reported again to the hotel. We even had a neighbouring room knocking on our door asking if we had water as they had none either! This is obviously a major problem this hotel has not addressed. That evening we had a bit of water so I got in the shower which then completely stopped whilst I was covered in soap and my hair full of shampoo. I had to wait 10 minutes for a trickle to come out to rinse myself off! Lucky I don’t have much hair! Our final morning we experienced exactly the same problem. I gave up and didn’t bother plus pointless even asking receptionist as they couldn’t remedy the problem. Breakfast is served in your room which you choose the evening before. First morning we had scrambled eggs and bacon which I found inedible as the eggs were burnt and very hard, this maybe how scrambled eggs are in Italy as my wife pointed out, she was happy to eat them! The following morning we had croissants which were ok. I’d loved to have scored this hotel higher than a two star, however the fundamental of a hotel room is to provide a bed and washing facilities. This hotel only provided us the bed. The city of Bologna is beautiful I will definitely be back however it will be in a different hotel.
