The manager was extremely sullen and never tried to make us feel welcome. She always looked like we were bothering them by answering any questions. Even when we asked for towels for the pool she said there were none and and she was waiting for house cleaning without another word. When it was time to leave, her only words were to put the key in the jar. I will never be back there …every person who deals with the public is the face of the company and that level of interaction was disheartening especially when there are so many choices on the island.

WiFi did not work. Breakfast was suppose to start at 7.00 am. Every previous stay it started after 7.30 am. When the front desk clerk was informed her response was “breakfast starts when ever chef is here and starts”

The staff is friendly, efficent and helpful. We had a problem with our room which they promptly gave us a new room. Overall very clean and eco friendly. The tv, however, did not work well. The pool was clean butnot kid friendly. We enjoyed the breakfast which was very good. Shuttle service was also quite good. Loved the location.

Excellent stay. Hotel is clean. Reception is helpful. Breakfast is delicious! Only two issues breakfast was never on time during our stay if you are an early morning person. Would have loved a night stand next to the bed. Will return to stay at this location in future.

Very nice, eco friendly and nature loving aesthetic. Different from the usual guestbhousenor hotel experience. Staff is very accomodating.

My booking was for two twin beds. Upon arriving I was told they didn't have any rooms available. I booked using ******* and was told it's ******* error. When i keep pushing the issue they noticed it was there error.No apology at all ,I was told by the front desk to "sue ******* ".Take responsibility!!

Amazing stay. Love the buffet breakfast. Easy check in and check out. Location was great.

Goid balance of price and experience. Improvements in a few areas needed. Pool was not cleaned regularly, room curtains obstructs door closing. Design of washroom door eliminates privacy. Plugs sockets were loose, night stand needed re enforcement, television did not have easy access to entertainment. Closets were dark. Compliments to the breakfast chef and staff. Reception was pleasant. Points for offering shuttle service to airport as wellbas 1 hour late check out. Garden ambiance was noteworthy as well.

Staff is excellent, the space as in outside of the rooms is great but the rooms itself need a lot of work. Literally all of the drains were terribly clogged and water took forever to go down. I literally had to try to unclog the drain in the shower myself so the water wouldn’t overflow. The breakfast was great and there’s a restaurant right on the compound with great vibes at night.
