Schönes Hotel in toller Lage direkt in der Fussgängerzone. Wir haben sehr gut geschlafen. Sehr freundliches Personal, reichhaltiges und ausgezeichnetes Frühstücksbuffet. Ein- und auschecken ging ruckzuck. Sehr nahe an den öffentlichen Verkehrsmitteln (Bus und Stadtbahn). Einziges Manko ist der kleine Parkplatz, reisen Sie daher frühzeitig an. Ich komme gerne wieder.

Très bel hôtel situé à qq kms de Bonn,un tram direct vous y conduit. Les chambres rénovées sont magnifiques, confortables, très propres, douche spacieuse, excellente literie et délicieux petit déjeuner,fruits et jus d'oranges frais, sucré salé grand choix de fromages français. Ils ont un restaurant très agréable, bonne cuisine et beau choix de tartes. Rapport qualité-prix imbattable.

Breakfast was delicious and the best we had while touring Central Europe. Since we started our vacation in this area, we guessed it would be hard to beat during the rest of our trip. We were right. This hotel has one of the best breakfasts. The hotel was very clean and our room was nice. The restaurants, etc. outside the hotel were okay, and the location is convenient to Bonn and Koblenz (where we went next).

Overall, it's a nice hotel with modern rooms. It's clean and the breakfast was very nice. The location is good with plenty of shops and places to eat nearby. The only complaint is the shower which failed to hold a constant temperature throughout the stay. It does not have a thermostatic controller, which usually is not an issue, but in this instance it would swing from dangerously hot to freezing cold, possibly due to other guests using their showers. A good shower is a basic requirement and I feel the hotel has let itself down here by not putting in a good working shower as part of the renovation and upgrade.

I stayed for 15 days. I loved the area, lots of options for food, shopping, groceries, ice cream, walking distance to all bus routes, underground, and international trains. A beautiful park nearby, and lots of activities in the square by the hotel entrance at weekends. Highly recommended.

The Insel Hotel was, as always (this is not the first or my last stay there), friendly, clean and comfortable table. The hotel is centrally located in the Bad Godesberg neighborhood of Bonn near the rail station. The breakfast is great.

The elevator is broken, my father has bags, and I could not find anyone to help me, and the corridor is narrow .

Very cosy hôtel right in the pedestrian shopping area of Badgodesberg. Station 5 minutes away. Good breakfast and nice and friendly staff.

We highly recommend staying at the Insel Hotel. It’s a quaint place, which is centrally located, and family friendly. The staff exceeded our expectations, and the breakfast buffet was plentiful with all sorts of variety (eggs, bacon, bread, deli, fruits, etc.) The rooms were clean, modern, and well kept. They have a very nice sauna setup with an attached relaxation room below the gym. Overall a great hotel situated within walking distance from shops and restaurants. We will certainly stay here again.

Wir waren mit mehreren Familien hier. Das Hotel ist zweckdienlich, zentral gelegen und erinnert mich an die Zeiten der Hauptstadt der Bonner Republik. Das Servicepersonal bekommt 5 Sterne (vor allem Jessica) die eine nicht einfache Gruppe von ca. 10 Personen inkl. Kindern mit Bravour und Charme gemeistert hat. Das Essen war gut, zu empfehlen ist die Blutwurst. Einziger Hinweis: warum muss ich als Hotelgast zum Frühstück reservieren? Und dann muss ich meinen Tisch für eine Reservierung räumen?
