This was the worst hotel I have ever stayed in. My sister and I arrived at about 11:00 p.m on May 3 and there was no one at the desk. We weren't the only ones waiting. There were three groups ahead of me and there ended up being two after me!!! The lady was apologetic but there is no excuse for that. When I arrived in my room I pulled out the hide-a-bed and there was nothing on it. I looked in the closet and all the drawers and all I found was a blanket. I called the front desk and told them what I needed (sheets and pillows) and they paused and then said they would bring them. I waited 45 minutes, stole my sister's pillow, wrapped up in the blanket, and went to sleep. NOT FUN! I didn't get much sleep.

Marsia and Shawnna, the breakfast attendants, greeted guests with warmth and hospitality, making mornings delightful. Their kindness added a special touch to the experience. Plus, the breakfast they served was not just good, but truly satisfying, setting a positive tone for the day ahead.

Shawnna and Marsia were very accommodating during breakfast despite us arriving after breakfast was finished. They saved some plates for us

The staff are always accommodating! Shawnna and Marsia work n the morning to set up the Breakfast. We sometimes aren't able to make it to the dedicated Breakfast times so we Ask either Shawnna or Marsia to hold some leftovers for us when we return from our work assignments and they always take care of us!

Hotel room was fantastically clean! Large size. Very friendly and helpful staff especially the manager and desk worker. Breakfast was really good with coffee and hot foods. Could not have asked for a better experience. !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Awesome hospitality in all levels from the staffing crew. There were coupla minor hickups but once mentioned it was addressed immediately with utmost professionalism which is what matters ! Amy Moore, Guest Service Agent does a great job with a Great Smile Always, Tnx Mate 🇦🇺

Nicole R was very helpful and a great customer service agent. When I needed something done she was very adamant about making sure she got the job done and in a timely manner. She went above and beyond. I also saw her help somebody before helping me and she has a smile and personality for the job. Thanks for the stay and will recommend to anyone.

Residence in is my go to for business stays. They do a great job of trying to make things as comfortable as home. The staff here was always full of smiles and laughs and a friendly hello. Room was nice except for some very low bathroom vanities and toilet. Some of them have regular size not sure the issue. The free breakfast bar was delicious. A nice selection of foods hot and flavorful as well as the usual cold selection. And a wonderful lady named Marsia that kept the place absolutely spotless. She deserves a medal

Amazing stay! We ended up stranded in Cincinnati due to a lost flight connection and booked a room late in the day - the receptionist (Kristen) went out of her way to make us feel welcome, helping with a timely transfer from the airport, accommodating a late check out, and generally being extremely welcoming and nice. The rest of the staff treated us similarly too - what started as a terrible incident (missed flight) ended up being such a wonderful experience. We can't recommend this place highly enough!

After getting stranded in cincinnati because of snow conditions, we found this hotel and we’re glad we did. Amy and Nicole were friendly and accommodating when we arrived and got us set up in a room quickly. they had helpful tips for navigating around the city. we loved our comfy rooms that had netflix and lots of other channels! fireplace was great and so was the extra blanket i found tucked in the closet!

My friend and I had a nice stay at the Residence Inn. We were checked in by Nicole and Amy and they were very kind and helpful! I highly recommend staying here if you are in the area. Our room was clean and our experience was better than expected thanks to the staff!

Nice hotel, clean and the breakfast is above average. Staff is also very kind and welcoming especially Amy at the front desk! She’s been super helpful throughout my stay and I couldn’t not mention her! ————————————————————————————————-

The staff is the best part about this place. Every person I’ve talked to and interacted with has been super friendly and went above and beyond. Would highly recommend. Rooms are a little outdated but great amenities. The breakfast is great also.

The hotel is separate buildings. Which can be confusing. Prepare for that. Nice rooms that are also very clean. There is a Continental breakfast in the mornings with all right choices. These are served in the main building. So you may have to walk. Not very noisy. Overall not a bad stay.

I rarely write reviews, but our very pleasant stay deserves comment. We haven’t stayed at any Marriott chain for quite some time because our last several stays at various chains were very disappointing. Dirty, poor service, shabby furnishings. I was dreading our stay, but didn’t have much choice with no Hampton Inn or Best Western available. I was very surprised to find the staff to be excellent, the furnishings updated, and the room very clean. I am picky about cleanliness and carefully check bedding, bathroom, etc. All of it was clean to my surprise and relief. We rested well in a clean and pleasant space. This Residence Inn management has gone a long way to repair my attitude about Marriott hotels. I might give them a second chance in future.
