凱藝套房酒店(Quality Inn & Suites Hagerstown)

Reserved a room with 2 queens and received a king and had to have someone sleep on the couch. Roomed smelled like an ashtray, and there was significant damage to the door lock.

Système de chauffage et climatisation sous la fenêtre très silencieux. Bain avec de la rouille. C’était notre troisième présence et première fois qu’un bain est rouillé.

C’était très peu insonorisé et il y avait des employés douteux!

The room was okay. Except, the bathroom sink drained very slowly. Seemed to bring up, the grime, from the past. The chair , in the room, looked like there wa something food like spattered on it. I wiped it off, myself . Hallway, smelled of pot.The grounds, had trash, everywhere, cigarette butts another trash along the parking lot. Breakfast bar, was far anything, to click your heels over. Nothing stocked. Not a lot of choices, to eat,

Great staff easy walk around. Places to eat within walking distance. Lots of shopping near by. Good breakfast bar and eating area. Parking great with our truck and RV. If spending time in the area it is in the historic downtown area. Very easy access off the hwy. Clean room and comfy bed. Thank you Shy and Pat. Would stay again.

We stayed in a newly renovated room. It was clean and comfortable. The breakfast was more than adequate and the service was very good. The price was right and we would stay here again.

Did the job for one night but the property is in rough shape. Area feels unsafe but nothing bad happened. There is one room that’s condemned and an abandoned truck in the parking lot.

Nice hotel to stay at if you are planning to visit the capital. Clean,good breakfast, not to busy and 15 minutes drive to the white house.

Price was good for a decent room. The breakfast ends at like 9am so I missed it. It was quiet and safe. Room looked pretty good too. Decent bed lots of space. Everything else you must see for yourself.
