帕拉索亞歷山大酒店(Hotel Palazzo Alexander)

Un hotel gestito in maniera impeccabile, personale gentilissimo e sempre pronto ad aiutare ed assistere l'ospite. Siamo stati solo una notte, ma siamo comunque rimasti piacevolmente sorpresi. La colazione poi, servita al piatto, è abbondante e squisita. Infine la struttura, si presta anche per soggiorni di famiglie con bambini piccoli (come nel nostro caso, 9 mesi). Anche in questo frangente abbiamo ricevuto massima disponibilità e gentilezza. Super consigliato.

We stayed 3 nights. Excellent hotel inside the city walls. The reception and check in went very smoothly. We had a rental car and the parking garage worked out fine. The front desk and breakfast staff were most helpful. Live is a beautiful city, very walkable. We would definitely return and stay here again. Thank you for making our stay so pleasing!

This is a beautiful boutique style hotel with charm that resonates with old world luxury. The staff exude that same old world genuineness as they work to make sure every question is answered and all your needs are attended to. Our room was on the small side with no terrace but the bed was very comfortable. Breakfast each morning in the salon was a treat! Full service with beautiful table settings and attentive staff, delicious food and coffee! We would absolutely recommend a stay here!

I have been to this magnificent hotel before and the service is so friendly. One of the highlights was the magnificent breakfast; never rushed and always fresh as fresh can be. Paulo went out of his way to set up taxi and restaurant bookings and Mario, as always, was a lovely host...a gentleman with a lovely way with the customers.

The staff are very warm and courteous and truly make you feel welcome. We were met at the front door of the hotel and our luggage was brought to our room. We were also allowed to check into our room early which was very much appreciated. The room is lovely and elegantly furnished too,

Palazzo Alexander is a wonderful small hotel. Beautifully decorated in an elegant, classic style. Our room had beautiful inlaid wood furniture. The bathroom was spacious with a very good shower. The breakfast buffet was wonderful and included made to order eggs with bacon. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The hotel is located near key sights. We would definitely stay here again and highly recommend this hotel.

This was a quaint hotel a little off the beaten path, but inside the Lucca city walls. The staff was extremely friendly and helpful. They served breakfast in the room downstairs which was plentiful and delicious. I would definitely recommend them for your stay in Lucca.

Beautiful hotel off the beaten track. The staff were wonderful, really friendly and nothing was too much trouble for them. The rooms are absolutely fabulous - you feel like you are staying in an old Italian villa. Would absolutely stay again!
