伯錫爾城華美達會議中心酒店(LeBossier Hotel)

I came in town for a funeral and made it to the hotel around midnight, I was very tired after flying from Phoenix then driving 3 hours from Dallas. When I 1st pulled up the hotel looked condemned. It felt like I was walking straight into a horror movie. The hotel smelled like a neglected old folks home. It smelled like there was mold. I would have left immediately but it was late, I was tired and I am not familiar with the area. I was put into a room that was utterly disgusting, I was supplied with one set of towels. The carpet was so dirty, I was scared that I might catch ebola if my foot touched the carpet so I laid the very thin towels on the floor just to fell comfortable walking on the floor. The towel seat cover was too big and was sliding off the toilet. The water pressure in the shower was insufficient and trickled out of the faucet. when I stepped outside, the adjacent building was peeling so much paint that the site was disturbing. Half of the hotel was not functioning, I can not believe that they have the nerve to charge $99 a night as if that is a deal. They should have paid me to endure such conditions. I would be embarrassed if I was trip.com to represent them on their site. I left the next morning after the funeral and paid to stay at a different hotel. Which is money that I did not have but there was no way I would stay at this hotel another night. I would suggest running far away from this location and spend your money somewhere else. Trip.com Spoke to management on my behalf and they are horrible. The pictures look nothing like the rooms and they are deceiving. This should be against the law to false advertise. I wasn't there for even 24 hours and management is unwilling to work with me even with the deceiving photos that they have the nerve to place online. I WARN YOU, DON'T BE FOOLED.

Hôtel situé au bord de l’autoroute dans la zone industrielle. La réceptionniste n’est pas aimable, l’hôtel est sombre, la moquette des couloirs est très sale, les lits ( doubles ?) sont petits. L’environnement est très bruyant ( Klaxons des camions dès 6:00 du matin !

This is a very nice hotel, tho a bit dated. UNBELIEVABLY LONG halls - almost funny. The rooms are really nice - great mattress. Towels not so nice - again dated material. FREE Breakfast had all the right things but skimpy in quality and quantity. The Front desk people are WONDERFUL! Location is also good - just off the freeway for easy access to both downtowns. I would absolutely stay here again.

It was really comfortable and central to plenty of food and convenience stores. It is inside an event center so the lobby is beautiful. The breakfast wasn’t so great when we were there but I think it’s because they were waiting on a grocery delivery.

The lobby is great but the room, meh. It was only for one night and we checked in late or I would’ve left and got another hotel. As soon as we walked in, there was a dead roach on the floor in the bathroom and another one under the sink. The sink stopper was broke and wouldn’t go up, my husband had to crawl under sink to push it up for me to grab. There was body hair on the floor as well. The beds were clean and comfy. The shower, horrible! There was a big hole in the tub, that was covered my a plastic film that gave no stability. I almost fell not expecting my foot to sink down into the tub. It doesn’t cost that much to replace a tub, but they’d rather have a safety and hazard issue. Also had to kill a roach that was crawling around the tv stand. Woke up, the breakfast was horrible, we couldn’t get out fast enough. You definitely get what you pay for, but I at least figured the room would be clean and I wouldn’t break a leg just taking a shower. You can see in the pic, the standing water in the tub and how deep it sunk in, not cool!

We love staying here. The home feel and fresh breakfast in the mornings. The helpful staff and hospitality is amazing. Booking next trip already

My room smelled like dog pee. I had to use lots of air fresheners . They need furniture upgrades for sure. The lobby is really nice. We took great pics. I won't be back to thus hotel, nice staff.

Overnight stay. It was nice, room was comfortable and spacious. Met the needs for my trip. The only annoying thing was that there were kids running through the halls at 3am banging on doors. Obviously they have great parents!

Hotel is nice and the event rooms are super nice. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The only semi drawbacks were that the property was a bit dated in the rooms and the outside was not lit well at all making it hard to find and see from the road. It was a bit worrisome pulling in the parking lot but once inside it was nice and clean and not what we expected from the outside.
