水岸萬麗酒店(Renaissance Boston Waterfront Hotel)

It was great stay! It’s located in a seaport area! It was great to walk around harbor easily! The hotel was clean and provided great service!

Unfortunately we were next to a couple that had their hip hop music blaring all night starting at 1AM-4AM. The hotel staff did ask them to turn it off but 10 minutes later it started up again. It was awful.

We stayed at the Renaissance for 4 nights and it was fabulous. The staff was so helpful and kind. Our room was clean and very comfortable. The pool was more narrow like a lap pool and was a little cold, but still enjoyable. There were tons of restaurants within walking distance and the subway was so close. We would definitely stay here again!

Property competitively priced for the area. Convenient walking distance to many sights and food options. The bed and pillows were amazing. The breakfast and service at Capiz (hotel lounge/restaurant) was excellent. Room was touched up every day with fresh bath linen, bed made, trash removal and general tidying up. We were very happy with our stay here and would definitely stay here again. Only caveat would be for those with limited mobility looking to see Boston Common up to the North End; it is a bit of a walk. We made the walk multiple times but probably not doable for those with mobility limitations. But for those folks there is plenty of public transportation and Ride Share app availability.

We stayed here for 5 nights and it was wonderful! Staff was helpful & friendly and the rooms were spacious & clean! We had a large room overlooking the water which was gorgeous! All the tourist attractions were a quick cab/Uber ride away & there was even some things surrounding that we could walk to. Having a restaurant & Starbucks in the hotel was super convenient as well!

Hands down the best hotel in Seaport (location/clean/staff/food) & their customer service was outstanding.I was there for a work conference and enjoyed my stay very much.I’ll be back again next year. Keep up the great work!!

Our stay at the Renaissance was absolutely wonderful! Everyone was so kind and took care of us. We also made new amazing friends down in the bar/restaurant. We loved our stay and would recommend everyone to stay here!
