The air quality was poor and my asthma was immediately triggered in the first room. The move to another was quick and easy but the staff initially denied that it was smaller when I asked whether it was the same price despite the change in size. It was obviously missing a section in both the bathroom and the main room. He recanted and had a fee waived. I also asked about the air filtration. He mainly defended it. They offered to change the bedding to allergen protected but only brought two pillows. That was fine from my health perspective, but not exactly going above and beyond, since they didn’t know that. I still had breathing problems there but not as bad, provided we didn’t use the AC. It got quite stuffy and hot at night without it but I prioritized breathing more easily. I hope they will investigate cleaning the air ducts and using higher end filters to catch common toxins.
The food service and reception staff were excellent.
