酒店房間雖然不大 但是住的很舒服，離地鐵站也就幾步之遙，非常推薦

酒店老錢風格，有歷史感，大堂酒吧很熱鬧但不吵，房間大，乾淨，交通方便，市中心。購物方便。推薦👍

住過兩次，位置絕佳，周邊購物餐飲都方便，離圖書館也特別近，房間面積也大，每天還提供瓶裝水，去波士頓非常建議選擇此酒店

vintage and cozy place to stay!

地點絕佳，火車站、購物、波士頓美術館、唐人街都可步行到達。酒店氛圍不錯，和新式酒店的感覺不一樣。洗澡水很棒。房間插頭少而且有鬆動，空調啟動聲音大，門的隔音也不佳。

該酒店地理位置非常好！服務也不錯，門口永遠有四個門僮站着。大堂雖然很小但是很有情調；但是酒店老舊，房間門有時候都打不開，我們的房間外面可能一個大的酒店通風設備，永遠都是轟隆隆地噪音，在此住了一週，要不是每天都累得夠嗆 估計其它人住我這片房間得失眠了。

宿泊初日にお部屋に置いてあったメッセージカードとチョコレートに感動いたしました。スタッフの方々の対応、サービスは素晴らしかったと思います。古さを感じますが、ニューイングランドらしさ満載の可愛いホテルです。 お部屋もとても広かったです。ロケーションも抜群！総合的にとても満足するステイだったのですが、空調の調節が難しく、とてもうるさかったです。お部屋にコーヒーメーカーがなかったのが残念でした。

O hotel e as instalações são excelentes. Assim como a localização. Servem café e leite todas as manhãs como cortesia. Mas tem um problema sério: a qualidade do colchão é terrível. Ficamos em um quarto com duas camas queen e ambas com colchão muito mole e velho. Ficamos com dores nas costas e a base de relaxante muscular. Para um hotel 4 estrelas com diária de USD 400, isso é inadmissível.

The Lenox Hotel is located on the corner of Exeter and Boylston, in the Back Bay section of Boston. The location is fabulous, as it is close to shopping and coffee shops on Newbury, and many wonderful restaurants. It is a short walk to the Public Garden and Boston Common. The Boston Public Library is across the street. The Hotel harkens back to another era, as it opened in 1900. The room we had was very large. My only suggestion is that there be more storage, as there were only a couple of drawers in the nightstand for clothing and very limited space for toiletries in the bathroom. However, there was a very large closet with hangers and a shelf plus a mini-fridge.

落ち着いたインテリアで気持ちが良く過ごせます。 朝、ロビーで頂いたお茶が最高です。 乾燥した時期にぴったりなシャンプー、クリームが備わっています。

Great stay. Everyone at the hotel was friendly and welcoming. The room was comfortable and charming . Convenient location for Boston tourism. Really appreciated the complementary coffee at 6:30 AM. Will stay here again.
