Wish i would have booked another Hotel . First of all. Checked in after along day coming fro Us.. Tired and Hungry, went into Restaurant and was asked do you have reservation ( maybe 6 tables with people)

After my salad i get to my room to go to call Room Service and the phone doesn't work.I get to bed and its 3:00 in the Am and the Balcony below me decided its time to go outside and DRINK...
NEXT MORNING. I go downstairs to ask for a new phone, o we are sorry, the service man is out sick..
no phone, next day i ask again. o we had a extra man on staff he will check. NO man..ON and on and on this goes on. phone is never fixed, replaced.. I have to go downstairs to get room service, have to grab the housekeeping staff in the halls to get stuff. I'm told due to Covid no staff will come to your room to clean unless you call.. STILL no PHONE.
the walls are thin, you hear dogs, kids, staff, people fighting. traffic on the road facing the Oceanview and im told by staff the noise outside might be the homeless.
Go get coffee in the AM, both machines aren't working, IT"s short staffed again, the staff is very sweet telling you i'm so sorry. I never see the same people working the front counter the whole time, yet it's packed one morning with one person trying to help .Don't Book
