尼基酒店(The Nici)

The hotel was beautiful, pool warm and staff lovely. Restaurant wasn’t up to standard but cocktails really yum.

It was a blustery day today and we needed to relax and rewind. We popped into the hotel as they serve a cracking chardonnay. It's not often you get a server that can read the room and interact. We had the pleasure of Ellie today. She made me smile. Her energy and love of the job shone through. She's an absolute credit to hospitatly. Keep up the good work. Liza.

We came here for a friend's birthday, only for breakfast. The expectation was high, due to the star rating, however the service and food was sub par at best. 40 mins to get a simple drinks order. The food was poor quality, luke warm and tasteless. When parking, as a disabled blue badge holder, I was also asked if I could park somewhere else to allow for the hotel valet service! Pretentious, over confident and all in all disappointing.

This hotel makes it really difficult to spend your money! I wanted to book a spa day special as shown on their web site, it’s almost impossible to get thru on the phone after 8 attempts of listening to a badly recorded “we are looking after other customers “ recording I was told I could not book it over the phone but to come in person, did that today to be told no you can do that as a gift voucher, so there goes the surprise! Come in NICI how about a bit of thought here

We absolutely loved this hotel! We stayed for a mini break in August, with 2 children age 11 and 7, who loved the outdoor and indoor swimming pools. Every moment felt like luxury, from the lush comfy beds in the 2 bed family room to the pool side service, cocktails, food and spa experience. Everything had been considered, the decor is Miami Beach vibe cool, the staff were all amazing, and couldn’t have made our visit any better than it was. Kids loved the onsite cinema, the access to the beach and beach equipment, and the location is perfect for exploring the pier and beautiful beach. We used the car valet service which was very handy. The only 2 things I would improve was the towel availability (the hotel seemed to run out of clean towels of which we found extraordinary!) we had to share slightly damp soggy towels by the pool. Unfortunately the rooms at the front of the hotel with the sea view can accommodate a maximum of 2 people. So if you are travelling with the family, you are allocated a room at the back of the hotel. We asked if we could be moved, but this was not possible for a family of 4. Despite the above, we think this is a superb hotel, the interiors, setting and service make it all worthwhile, we will be back again!! Thank you Nici

We have just had a great lunch at The Nici. Both the service and food were excellent and I would absolutely recommend it to both locals and visitors. We enjoyed the 2 course lunch where the food was well presented with a good choice of starters and mains. It was clear to me that the team are very well trained, and professional.

Food and drinks were absolutely lovely, service was incredible, pricing was reasonable, was lovely to see the team involved working so well together. A big thank you to Nunzio for their service this evening, they were attentive and friendly. 10/10 would come here again for any occasion.
