伯恩矛斯3星級酒店

房間裏有一個長沙發，可以放一大一小兩個箱子，另外還有一個放行李的架子，可以放一個大箱子，因此放東西的位置充足的。衞生很好。如果開車的話，先把車停在酒店門前的drop off 車道，放下行李，然後開車轉一圈進入一個半地下的停車場門，按鈕拿卡進入。停好車辦入住，把停車卡給前台，他們會登記車號替你繳費。早餐咖啡，果汁不錯，熱食，麪包品種滿足要求。酒店出門步行10分鐘，就是核心區域，喝酒吃飯都方便。

Amazing stay at Hotel Celebrity. Located very near to the scenic view, it offers great and spacious rooms. I stayed at room number 246 and the room was quite spacious clean tidy along with a private bathroom that had a bath tub. The stay was very comfortable and the hotel staff were very friendly and attentive to any query a customer might have. Breakfast includes bacon and other vegetarian options but there was just one spoon to use for bacon as well as the vegetarian options which can lead to cross contamination and for someone like me who does not eat bacon it was a deal breaker. However if a separate spoon would be kept to avoid cross contamination then it would have been even more amazing. Overall the stay and the locality is nice and the staff is quite friendly too. Would highly recommend Hotel Celebrity to everyone willing to travel to Bournemouth for a vacation or leisure time.

其實環境衛生和服務都還可以， 但剛開始進去就非常生氣，被安排在二樓最角落，沒電梯，要扛箱子上去，明明定的事親子房進去卻變成大床房，酒店說沒有房間還給我們是我們定房的時候攜程的資料給錯了，於是加了一張床給我，房間變的非常擁擠。廁所倒是巨大。桌邊的檯燈也掉下來，看着挺危險。 衹有床是這次旅行睡過最舒服的，不會太軟。

酒店很陳舊。天花板裂開,地板嘎嘎作響。整個酒店需要裝修。前台的工作人員很可愛。只是酒店看起來這麼舊,可惜了。

The location of the hotel was very good. General cleaning is ok. There was a smell coming from the carpets. The pillows did not smell of any detergent. In general, price performance was good.

房間很乾淨,可愛的浴室和免費沐浴產品。房間電動有問題...到達時電視,燈和浴室燈不會打開。保險絲盒由工作人員檢查,電動又回來了。使用水壺時,晚上晚些時候再次切斷電。夜班搬運工(英語很少)再次打開保險絲盒,告訴我下次在水壺裏放更少的水!嘗試了這一點,但再次電動絆倒,所以要求移動房間。他勉強做到了,卻給了我們一把鑰匙! 總的來說,一個很好的住宿只是不幸的情況與電動。

單人房在廚房上方，早上六點抽油煙機開啟後，房間窗邊的水杯，水波開始震動。建議其他住其他房間。後來改了其他房間（如照片）安靜多了。

Taking long time to check in even though it’s already 5pm that time when we check in. And check in supposed to start at 3pm. Pool is small and not maintained. No pillowcase cover when we arrived in our room.

The greeting from the front desk at check-in was very warm and welcoming. The room was as expected clean and had everything needed.

Hotel staff were extremely friendly and helpful. Shame hotel did not provide more choice for breakfast as my son cannot have dairy however there are cafes close by. Great location and free parking a bonus. Would definitely book again in future.
