Amazing break. Owner is very friendly. Walking distance to restaurants and town. Room is beautiful. Breakfast is the best . Got upgraded to the best room. Absolutely love this b&b. Will definitely come back again.

Ideally located in village. Clean, comfortable rooms, tea/coffee and tv in bedroom, shower gel, shampoo, soap and fresh towels in the bathroom. Bed very comfortable. Great freshly cooked breakfast. Owners very welcoming and friendly. Would recommend.

Booked here for a 2 night stay in one of the suites and wasn't too sue what to expect. Felt confident though given the positive reviews on this site. We weren't disappointed as our room was perfect and so was the whole stay. My girlfriend did say there was a smell from the bathroom but I didn't detect it......also it wasn't me. The bed was comfortable and the Velux window's helped with air circulation during the warm evenings. The owners/staff were very friendly and welcoming and the breakfast was amazing. Really good quality and a good selection too. Very happy and would definitely stay again.

The team at Broadlands made me feel very welcome , making their lives harder by accomodating me at extremely short notice From the moment of arrival to departure I have no complaints. Running a business especially hospitality takes hard work and a certain desire to make your customers feel welcome - Yes you can always pick out the small negatives depending on your personality- this is a family run business and they make you feel part of it . Highlights Clean and tidy rooms Good parking Any help , family are on call and appear within seconds Linen and towels Breakfast cooked to order and even cater for any requests. Lovely hotel. Helpful and friendly staff. Very clean. Excellent location for the village and all amenities. Lovely breakfast with extensive choice. Would come again. If any issues, staff were very willing to assist.

Sono stata in questa romanticissima struttura con il mio compagno qualche giorno addietro, i gestori sono davvero gentilissimi, le camere piccole ma confortevoli, buona la colazione, parcheggio gratuito, davvero consigliatissimo!

Sadly not impressed. Bathroom very tired and i would say almost dirty. No remote control for TV, asked at reception but was told that there was one upstairs and it was universal, no it wasn't!! Breakfast, asked for poached egg on toast and my husband scrambled, received a plate with egg on it and two pieces of toast in a rack 5 mins later. Definitely not worth the money and wont be returning. Shame

Short one night stay visiting friends in the area. Very good booking process by Carly and Ross and then a warm welcome. Our reserved room was unavailable due to a bathroom leak but we were offered the Junior Suite upstairs on the first floor of the outbuildings in the courtyard. sound night sleep in a very comfortable super king-size bed followed by an excellent full cooked breakfast which Ross made. All in all very pleasant first stay at the Broadlands Hotel.
