Less than 200 feet from the front door are hiking trails leading to the neighborhood ponds. Enjoy fishing in the catch-and-release pond in the summer and ice skating in the winter (ice skating shed even has skates and hockey gear for you!) The neighborhood features 200 acres of open space for hiking, biking, and volleyball.There is ample parking in front of the home (space for 3 cars). The home is located on a private easement shared with a few other neighbors. Because of this, there is almost no traffic on that road. We do ask that you be courteous of our neighbors and stick to the designated parking spaces.WINTER:To get to Sunset Haven, you’ll be on paved roads the entire time with the exception of the 100 foot easement (rare for mountain properties!) However we strongly suggest a 4WD or AWD vehicle between Nov-April (Colorado weather can be unpredictable...so you'll just want to check the weather reports and act accordingly).CHECK-IN & CHECK-OUT:- Check-in is after 4:00 pm and check-out is by 10:00 am.- NO CHORES HERE!
