The building is steps away from Founder's Park and King Commons Park. The space has large windows surrounding two sides of the unit so there is also a ton of natural light. Blackout shades are in the bedroom only. Guests will be given a code to access the courtyard area from the street as well as the lobby of the building and their unit. It is on the fourth floor of the building. There is an elevator.
