Holiday Inn 大學廣場，草地滾球場(Holiday Inn University Plaza-Bowling Green)

The threshold entering into the bash has frayed from ware. I stepped on what I assume is a staple. Lord only knows how many others have done the same thing. My foot is sore this morning. I'm hoping it doesn't get infected. The thought of multiple people stepping on the same sharp needle like object is concerning. On another note, I entered the room at check-in, and the thermostat was set to 65. It didn't take me long to figure out why. If I hadn't brought a fan with me, I would not have been able to sleep. I can't imagine what the room temp would be if my visit was during warmer months. I don't like complaining but I feel like the rug issue should have been fixed when it's obvious ware. We are living in an era where we just went through a worldwide pandemic and getting stuck with a sharp object is unsettling. Hope you understand my concern. I just hope it gets fixed before someone else gets stuck.

Ashley at the front desk was very professional and friendly. She made check in a breeze. The room was clean and nice. Comfortable bed. The tv was too small for the current trend in the hotel industry but still adequate. Great stay !!

Picked this hotel last minute to visit the InLaws. No fridge or microwave but in the pictures they have a fridge and microwave. Heat wouldn’t blow enough air. Hair dryer didn’t work and worst of have they had “scheduled” water maintenance that we weren’t notified during booking or check-in! We saw a note on the elevators. It was supposed to last 10-5 which is long if you ask me but it ended up going until 7:30pm! Whatever happened with the water effected the breakfast the next day.

Mia at the front desk was personable and accommodating. The pool was fabulous!!

Great stay! This was my first visit to this hotel. All the employees were friendly and helpful. The room was clean and spacious. The beds were quite comfortable and I slept well on them. Will stay here again if I return to Bowling Green.

Exactly what I expected, having stayed here last year for the half marathon - great location, great value, couldn't ask for anything else.

Nice hotel and property. Our room was great but our bathroom was handicap accessible and didn’t appear very clean but the room itself was nice, big and comfortable

The only thing I really didn’t like seeing was a very nasty inner shower liner. It just needs to be changed.

The thermostat was broken, they replaced it, so the air conditioner went off, but there was no heat. The room was freezing. I asked the front desk for a blanket and a heater, she forgot to forward request to customer service. After 3 hours, finally got a blanket and heater. Tub was dirty and broken in places.
