I do a lot of traveling for business purposes and it's the first time I have stayed in this hotel, of which, I will not support in the future. These are the reasons why:
1. Front staffers act like we are simply a bother to them. There was no welcoming to the hotel. Barely any eye contact, or simple signs of friendliness.
2. When I checked into my room, there were no courtesy bottles of water, so I had to end up going back down to the front desk and purchase two bottles of water that cost me a little over $4.00, tax included.
3. There is no vending machine on any floor to purchase sodas or snacks, so again, I had to go from room 781 to the front desk, and all they had in the frig was Sprite. I wanted a Coke, Dr. Peppers, etc. The snack area was also poorly stocked.
4. Room layout was fine EXCEPT, the large mounted wall TV was facing towards the bed, which is fine, however, I was there on business so I was sitting at the stationary desk to conduct computer business. It would have been nice to be able to adjust the TV so that one could pivot it at angles for a better view while sitting at the desk, or have a desk that wasn't fixed to the wall.
5. Safety: I conduct OSHA based inspections for a living. Every fire extinguisher in your hotel had not been inspection within 30 days as per NFPA 10.
6. Bed was hard and it squeaked a lot when sitting on it or moving from side-to-side.
