Muskoka Bay Resort的馬斯科卡灣度假村

This resort is not all that it seems. They said there was a pool, well there is but it is no where near the hotel and it wasn't open. There was a sauna but that was for MEMBERS only, you may want to mention that in your ads for this property. Everything was only open for MEMBERS, that is a kick in the face when spending $1400 for 3 nights. This place was the classic over promise and under deliver. Disappointed would be a good word!

Stayed with family in unit #10 which was a double bedroom loft. Upon entry several issues arose where the landscaping was damaged with crack stones on the approach to the entrance of the unit. A large pool of water was found infront of the fridge which was due to broken freezer door. The main washroom was in poor condition with mouldy and cracked shower pan grout. In addition, wooden trim in washroom was in need of replacement. Washroom lacked adequate toiletries and had to request more from hotel staff. Fixtures were outdated and needed replacement. The clubhouse pool is small and needs upkeep as there is significant wear and tear. To top it off, restaurant at club house was overwhelmed and unable to accommodate us. Overall, the stay was not enjoyable for the priced paid per night. I do not recommend this resort and will not be returning.

This Resort is a work in progress obviously. Your Web Page is deceiving - it shows water & a beautiful sunset. Where is Muskoka Bay - we saw no water. Should be called a "Golf Resort" as there was nothing to do but golf or swim. Road to Resort long & winding - needs signage. Reception area? Nothing to tell us where to go and what it was. Distance between Reception Bldg. & Restaurant too far & uncomfortable to walk. Parking awkward. Room was clean enough but no-one could figure out how to use TV.. No Kleenex! Should have complimentary breakfast or coffee bar within hotel itself. Check in time at 3:00pm is outrageous. Staying only l night doesn't even work out to 24hours which is crazy considering the amount you charge for a room or the surprise hidden fees. Scenery on one side was beautiful but on the other a construction zone. However, Wedding Ceremony area was perfect and Wedding Reception area was most enjoyable. I give this Resort a rating of 4 out of 10.

What a relaxing getaway weekend, beautiful area

Hoped to spend some quality time with family for NYE, but was quite disappointed. The resort and the club kept contradicting each other about the events happening. Went back and forth few times between the resort and the club for few events but got turned back saying they are fully booked and it’s a private event when the resort front desk said it’s free public events. Not the best to go when it’s not snowing as well since all the “inclusive” amenities were not available due to no snow on the ground. Kinda turned into going to an apartment with a golf course in the back instead of being in a resort. NY celebration was at 10 pm which was something u have to pay extra 150 per person for and overbooked Definitely not worth about $1000 for 2 nights, really hoped for something more than a place to just sleep.

This was the second time we stayed at Muskoka bay resort. We liked the fact that the 2 bedroom suite we stayed in was more like an apartment then a hotel room and had a full kitchen, washer and dryer, dishwasher , very spacious, very clean and was cozy and relaxing. We will definitely stay there again and we have recommended Muskoka bay resort to our friends and family.

The room was amazing and we will definitely go again. The only thing is you had to leave the hotel to get to the restaurant and all of the other things that are available there.
