Mala servicio pues en los días que estuve hospedado nunca llegaron a limpiar el cuarto y por lo tanto no cambiaron las toallas, no tendieron la cama, no recogieron la basura, no cambiaron jabón,shampoo o sea fue un desastre y todavía piden un depósito al chek-in

If I could give this place 0, or negative stars I would. I knew it was going to be bad, but I'll probably have nightmares about this place for the rest of my life. Nothing but bad omens from the start. I pull in to see one of the mattresses pulled into the parking lot, being sprayed for bedbugs with a pump sprayer. We get our non-smoking room which reeks of smoke. The door barely even closes and you can see inside or out through the since the door had been kicked down and repaired poorly. There is a back door with a bedroom push lock that we weren't even sure it locked. The smoke detector is gone, no lampshades, no bathroom mirror. There's dead roaches in the microwave and the roaches scatter when you open the mini fridge door. There was trash in the trash cans from the previous guest. We really only needed the place to stay after an event, and weren't even comfortable that we could safely store our belongings here while we were out. I was scared to even put our bags near the beds over fears of getting bedbugs. We figured we would drink enough to bear with it for the night. Until we got back and pulled the sheets back to reveal several yellow stains and blood stains on the bed itself. At this point we had to check out and find another hotel at 1:00AM. This place is disgusting, it's not safe, and its a great way to bring some critters home with you. Certainly an unforgettable night, and not in a good way. I would not stay here again if they paid me to do it.

Horrible management, very expensive in a horrible neighborhood, very rude with no empathy, unexpected expenses, and not comfortable. Coukd set air to the temp i wanted, no toliet paper was in the room nor washcloth. Very noisy, and was asking way to many personal questions.

Do not let a nice staged picture trick you. Showers with no pressure and no hot water. TV with no sound. No windows but that helps keep you safe be warned

Do not stay here. I killed 5 bugs in the room. Floor was filthy. Bedding and towels old and stained. If there was a 0/5 rating, they'd get a zero.

The remodeled bathroom shower was the nicest thing about the room. The ceiling had a 4 x 4 ft hole that was partially covered by cardboard. The bathroom and room door were in poor shape. The bathroom exhaust fan was filthy. The beds creaked at the slightest movement.

There were holes in the walls, burn marks on furniture , roaches in the room including inside fridge, left over body piercings parts in bathroom, dirty sheets.
