Bathroom wasn’t clean, no soup, no lotion in the bathroom, poor breakfast.

It was a very nice location. I would definitely recommend this to someone in my family.

Great clean nice smelling hotel. Nice for business or family travel. Beautiful rooms and amazing water pressure!

Lo unico q a la hora de desayunar no hay variedad es pequeño el espacio y estaba bien lleno y desorganizado es autoservicio y la imprezion no fue la mejor la piscina tambien es bastante pequeña pero lo demas bien increible vista muy atento el personal muy limpio el lugar

Es una propiedad muy bien equipada y espaciosa, cómoda , desayuno variado y con un personal agradable , se me quedaron dos cargadores de iPhone y no se como recuperarlos , gracias

This was a very disappointing stay. We were there for a wedding and paid for a water view. We had a large tree blocking our view and asked to be changed to another room. They said they were not able to and did credit us a small amount for the room. There were also several issues with the room that maintenance had to come and fix, loud toilet and mirror in bathroom falling off the wall. For the $350 charge I was disappointed that there were not separate amenities they were bottles on the wall and no lotion in the room, the hot water was barely hot it was almost painful to take a shower, the staff always said they were the only ones at the desk so if you needed something you had to come down to get it (like bedding for the extra bed) and there is a very lively restaurant / club attached to the hotel that we could actually hear conversations from until about 1am. We were on the 2nd floor and were overall disappointed at the cost of the hotel versus what you received. I will say that there was free parking, the breakfast staff was very nice and accommodating but overall if I had paid $200 or less per night I would have felt this was fair as it were I felt grossly overcharged.

Great location & view of the marina. We were able to walk to Lecom Park & restaurants. Super clean & the staff was friendly and helpful. Would definitely stay again!
