For the price the stay is pretty good. Only complaint is the noise level in the house from other rooms but was very clean. Instructions from owner were poor and delayed responses but pretty much once you book the room you just can walk into the main entrance of the house (its always open) and walk straight to you room upstairs.

I was not made aware that i needed to put a deposit of 160 dollares extra. We are now sleeping in a very freezing car.

I just needed a room for a couple nights as I did some business in the area and this property met my needs. Despite several people staying in the house at the same time everything was quiet. Would happily stay again.

The price is fair for just one night sleep, the room and the house is kept at average condition. However, the house is filled with curry odor, the room has limited amenity with just a queen-size bed, one night stand and one simple chair. The host only provided one towel even though my booking was for 2 people. When I texted her asking for another towel, the response is "it will provided tomorrow morning". After I texted back "but I need it tonight", there was no response.

Staying in a home hotel was a little different but the things to note:- -no kitchen option and very inconvenient as there is not coffee machine or hot water option. Only the microwave and fridge and no utensils or spoons to use. -There is one full washroom shared between 4 rooms. Luckily all the rooms were not occupied so this issue was not therebut if all are full there is going to be a lot of issues. -The bed was not the greatest and the mattress and sheets and the comfortor were not the most clean. -Parking option was good. -There were so many cameras almost looked like we were being watched every second. -There was tea bags and no utensils or cups to make it and no hot water option. -There was no tables or somewhere we can eat. The microwave place did not have a sink so very inconvenient. - We did not even have cups or plates like one in my room. Overall I would prefer a hotel where there is more response and more facilities as for everything I had to ask call. Plus we do have an elevator as well and have to climb up the stairs. Even the accebility was very limited to move around. The access to the back was not available.

It was ok. I am not extremely impressed

The property was very clean and well kept.
