The hotel itself is well situated, clean and the staff are very welcoming. The room needed upgrading. The bed was very lumpy and the bathroom fan was on its last legs. The broken plug in the bath was replaced by the friendly staff, but there was nothing that they could do about the ridiculous soap/shampoo/conditioner containers that were placed out of reach of anyone in the bath (designed for a person standing in the shower). Take your own soap if you plan to bath.

Holiday Inn Express & Suites in Brampton Ontario was a great place to stay. Room was very clean and comfy and housekeeping came in each day to tidy up. We enjoyed the complimentary hot breakfast and Brenda was especially courteous and helpful. Thanks so much for your help with the magic pancake machine, Brenda! We will definitely be back

Walking in my first thoughts where everything is nice and clean plus the breakfast looks like a deasent size. Walking into my king sweet my first thoughts where for the amount i paid how small the room was. I have a living area where you couldent pull out the bed and open the door at the same time. The king bed was super uncomfortable and i had mold in my window. If theas things could be fixed and maybe somehow add a sauna this could be an amaing place to stay. But unfortunately for us we wont be comming back again.

We were a group of 60 and needed late checkout on the last day and unfortunately it wasn’t available for all of us but they offered us free access to a conference room. That was perfect and very nice of them to offer. Great breakfast also in the morning

Everything was great! Traffic below was a bit loud but I was able to sleep. Staff very friendly and helpful!

I wasnt overly impressed with the location. I was hoping it would be closer to better "night life" when we stayed.
