except staff's unprofessionalism.. When I called them from my phone, the lady over the phone mentioned breakfast until 11 am, and I was shocked too. But then I went down around 10:35 and the busser told me otherwise. That the breakfast is only until 10am. why was I misinformed...
Then I called around 1pm asking whats the timing allowed for me to checkout. The lady said ideally now, but if you need take maximum half an hour more. I said ok thanks, I would leave in half an hour.
And then I arrive 10 mins later than that for checking out.. and the 2 staff people at the reception charged me $60 extra for extra 10 minutes..??? I told them that about the breakfast thing in the morning and then this one asking to checkout around 1:30, which I did.
They both completely denied that I didn't talk to them over the phone.. it would be someone else...???
Then what should I have done.. By the way none of my confirmation emails mentions the exact checkout time ...?? and all sorts of hotels always allowed checkout around 1 /1:30... no problems... Just with this one..
