"The location is excellent, centrally located next to various theaters. The hotel environment is also very nice, but one of the Black female receptionists was very rude and spoke to me very impolitely. My experience was very poor. All the other customer service staff were very good."

"It was a cute hotel and it served our purpose! A little dated but the rooms were clean and the price was great. We spent a minimum amount of time in the room, nothing more then  just to basically sleep and shower so we didn’t need nothing fancy.  I would stay there again 🙂"
