good for location and biz trip. however, room cleaning is done one time per 5 night stay.

This hotel is exceptional, very clean, great staff and very accommodating. I would absolutely stay here again. It's rooms are very nice, gym is excellent.

Notre séjour était merveilleux & le déjeuner était plus que satisfaisant! Les points négatifs : 1. L'hôtel est très loin de Toronto et Niagara Falls. 2. La propreté de la piscine laissait à désirer. 3. Notre télévision ouvrait 1 fois sur 3, il fallait qu'on ferme et réouvre l'interrupteur pour qu'elle s'ouvre.

This hotel had a bug problem in my room, i did not notice until the morning as i was out at a wedding and went to bed late at night. In the morning i noticed and took video of what appears to be silverfish roaming the jacuzzi tub. When i broguht this to the attention of the front desk clerk she smiled and said ok. That reaction is not acceptable, she could have said i will send someone up right away. Seemed like this is a known problem.

This hotel is one of the nicest of it's type we have stayed in. The two queen bed suite was virtually and apartment. It has all the amenities . . . full size fridge, stove, dishwasher. Kitchen, living room with dining room and separate bedroom. There were lots of cupboards and drawers. Cooking utensils. Large closet in kitchen and another large closet in the bedroom. We could not have been happier. Hot breakfast available until 9am. Service was excellent. Located just off the highway with easy access to everything.

We always enjoy our stay. It's close to the highway, clean and very comfortable. The big soaker tub in some rooms is amazing after a long day. The staff is welcoming and very helpful.
