伊蘭城堡酒莊度假村(Chateau Elan Winery)

You dont get your room done or water bottles replaced unless you request it, and they don't tell you that when you check in, also had no "Do not Disturb " sign in our room to go down for breakfast but they knocked on our door at 8 am day of check out.. But other rooms had signs. Need more attention to details.

The property is lovely. It is a nice getaway for those who like a winery, fine hotel and restaurants. The pricing is high and there are no discounts unless a large room quantity is guaranteed. I wouldn’t recommend it for holding an event. The food for a dinner event of 85 persons came out late. There is no proper green room for entertainment so they used a coat check room, and they declined even a small discount on a hotel room for the entertainment to use to get ready and to wait in before their show. So, other than holding an event there, it’s a lovely property. Staff was great. Room spacious and well-designed. Restaurant food was very good but expensive. Would stay there again.

Pleasant grounds, landscaping and architecture. There were many restaurants with diverse offerings onsite. The spa we well staffed and services were amazing. This was our first visit, but not our last.

What a beautiful resort! Had a lovely time at the wine tasting enjoyed the bourbon bar as well as the Versailles restaurant! Staff was very friendly!! Would tell anyone to absolutely stay here!!

The service was excellent and our stay was amazing. The rooms were clean and spacious. I cant wait to return for another stay at this beautiful property!

The bathroom was not cleaned. Their was no microwave in the room or on the property to warm up food purchased at The Versailles. Lastly, I was charged extra charges without explanation.

We enjoyed an absolutely incredible stay. The only slight inconvenience we experienced was after our massages. We didn’t have robes and slippers due to what May have been a miscommunication with the hotel and the spa. Our masseuse Rodney & Lee, who were great, didn’t know we were guest at the hotel and didn’t have robes and towels for us, so we were indisposed after our shower. They made haste and took great care of us, providing us with robes and slipper so we could continue to enjoy our spa experience. That said, me and my fiancé enjoyed a very elevated experience, from spa, to dining and serenity for her birthday. Chelsea met our needs for brunch at Fluer de lis. Al pampered us for dinner at Versailles, Sydnee and the spa team were exceptional in getting us an opening and providing a great experience. And I can’t forget Vivian who got us checked in early annd gave us a tour of the land. Our stay was worth every penny and we look forward to seeing the vineyard and staff in full bloom on our next visit. Chef Isaiah Perkins Sundial Restaurant Marriott Hotels

This was a beautiful property. The staff was funny and friendly and warming. We loved every minute of our stay. We will definitely return

Jina, William and Gabby started it so well with the way they greeted us when we arrived - after 5 hours of driving. The last of which was somewhat "white knuckle" driving. We relaxed out by the fountain with a glass of wine before we even went to our room. The only downside was the long wait at dinner. I realize that we were "dining". But, it was an hour wait from our starter to our meal. We started nursing our drinks for fear of being overserved. Our waiter was very nice and polite, providing a complimentary glass of wine for my wife. And, the food was really good. The wine tasting was wonderful. "Q" and his sister (I think) and all the wait staff were knowledgeble and the pours were good as as all the wine we sampled. We were planning to come back at the end of next summer, when I have another function in the Atlanta area. Now, we're trying to figure out how to make a spring trip too. Hope to play golf there on our next visit. Great place to relax. Two thumbs up Chateau Elan!
