C’était juste parfait équipe au top, très bine qualité des equipments

The hotel hasn’t strong smoking policy. The smoking acceptable on the balconies and they have ashtrays available. Instead of fresh mountain air I had cigarette smoke, because there are common balcony and your neighbours are smoking instead under your window. Unfortunately, the reception didn’t help to resolve the situation. In general the hotel is great: clean, modern, with nice swimming-pool and spa center, where great massage available. It’s located in the calm place close to the wood and hiking trails - perfect for walks. It might be exactly the best place with too rate, but the smokers ruined all expectations. It’s really horrible to wake up due to cigarette smoke.

The service was excellent from the check in which was made by Roxana to the restaurant, SPA and the housekeeping staff. The rooms are very nice, vintage but modern, you feel the experience of the mountain side, the fresh air. The SPA is very modern, the inside pool and outside jacuzzi were amazing, so relaxing and comfortable. Răzvan from front office was very nice also, helpful, but i would like to thank from the bottom of my heart to Miruna, who served us at the restaurant, she made my stay outstanding, always smiling and asking if everything was alright, very efficient and friendly. By the way, the food was delicious. WHORTY!! SIMPLY THE BESY !

Un buen hotel para visitar el área de Brasov y Bran en medio del bosque y con todos los servicios

Stayed for one night only, difficult to find in the night, no lights around really. The hotel is hardly 2*, the room very small, dusty, no AC. Dropped by mistake on the floor a black cap and I had to wash it afterwards. On check out, the receptionist asked repeatedly another person that was checking the room if we only used one water only from minibar in front of us, making us feel uncomfortable as we were trying to steal some cheap drinks or water. The room very noisy, we stayed in room 203. Also the receptionist wasn’t very friendly, a bit disturbed in the morning when we left as he was sleeping. Just go other hotels around, bigger rooms, clean and proper 4*

Very nice room, actually I had a free upgrade. Less comfortable: "Bradul" does not have its own breakfast room, I had to walk every morning through an underground passage to the dining room of the next hotel "Sport".

Nice hotel. The only problem is eating there during holidays like Christmas and New Year Eve: -only NYE dinner - 750€ without accomodation price (no local stars were invited...only on 1 january night wich you had to pay again)
