Eines der besten Hotels in Rumänien. Zentral gelegen und jedoch ohne Lärm. Sehr gute Parkmöglichkeiten direkt vorm Hotel. Die Zimmer sind, sowie das Hotel sehr sauber und modern. Das Restaurant sowie das Frühstück sind ausgezeichnet. Im Restaurant findet man exzellentes Essen und einen hervorragenden Service. Alle Mitarbeiter insbesondere an der Rezeption versuchen alle Gästewünsche zu erfüllen. Ein tolles Team. Wir waren schon öfter in diesen Hotel und werden wieder kommen. Dieses Hotel erfüllt höchsten Standart. Es gibt nur positives zu berichten.

Fantastic hotel! One of the striking things was the staff! Friendly, service minded and helpfull. The room was huge and with a perfect view! very impressive combinations of wood, LED, mirrors and concrete ceiling. Top quality breakfast and proximity to Coresi Mall. The beds were amazing! We are a father and son, both adults. Written by the son (25) This hotel is amazing, very modern and high tech. We had a lot of fun. The hotel staff speak English very well which made it a lot easier to communicate. There are tho a couple of downsides in the room, which lower the review from 5 stars to 4 stars. The beds are HIGH. I am 1 meter 86 cm tall, and when sitting on the bed my legs aren't touching the floor. The beds are also not very comfortable, I fell from it a few times. The other downside is the a lack of privacy, the bathroom in the room has a glass wall, covered by a moveable curtain, which highly hurts the privacy, unless the guests are a couple. The room is still very luxurious it is a smart room (everything is touch), the shower is brand new, unlike other hotels we visited in Romania. The big TV is semi-smart, which allowed me to mirror all the movies I downloaded to my phone and watch on the big screen. The hotel staff is incredibly nice, leaving us tea and cookies everytime we left the room. The hotel in located extremely close to corsei mall (about 70 meters walk), and is close to bus stations, everything you need is within reach.

This might be the worst hotel that I've ever stayed at. The electronic gadgets that controls everything in the room, were difficult to figure out. There must be moths living in the venting system, because 2 different nights, I had to call the front desk paniced, to have someone come up and kill them. They were big ones. I did not have the windows open so it wasn't because of that. The ceiling in the room is concrete. It looks like they forgot to finish it. The shower has a glass wall that looks out over the room. I was travelling with a friend before a river cruise and when she had a shower, all of a sudden the curtain covering the windowed wall opened full and she was on full display. That was horrible. She was so embarressed. The breakfast buffet was ok, not great. All in all, find yourself a different hotel.

Everything was perfect! I stayed there for 2 nights and is was as a 5 star hotel should be. Modern, clean and the staff very friendly and helpful. To prevent other clients from wondering into the darkness of the room as the one with the bad review, you should put a bellboy to show them at check in. On my own it took 1 minute to figure it out. The bed was perfect. The breakfast was olso good. The concrete ceiling was the cherry on the cake! It was impresive how you perfectly combined the wood, LED, mirrors and the raw ceiling! Bravo!

The room is a nice size, clean, the bed is comfortable. It is ultra modern and if you like to spend time figuring out how to turn work everything, you might like it. The lack of functionality us what ruins it for us. There is no towel rack, just 2 little hooks. There are nice bathrobes but absolutely no where to hang them. There is only tea in the room, no coffee but after going down stairs to get them, they said we could call down for it and they will bring it up. No iron in the room or visible laundry service which we need at this point. Not enough room in the bathroom for our stuff. We are a group of about 20 couples from various countries and we are all struggling. We checked in yesterday after a long busdrive and didn't appreciate having to struggle to figure out all the high tech stuff. They do provide an instruction manual, but you shouldn't need one. Who would have thought it would be a struggle to turn on the water in the bathroom and shower. The air-conditioned seems to be controlled so that it wouldn't go below 22.9 and with only a heavy comforter, no sheet, we both sweat all night. Also, with all that high tech, you would think there would be USB outlets in the room for charging devices. Go figure?

מלון ברמת שירות גבוהה בצורה יוצאת דופן. חוויה מצויינת. קודם כל, חדרים מפנקים מאוד (אנחנו היינו בחדר סופיריור שהוא חדר מרווח מאוד). מסעדה מצויינת. אבל הכי חשוב זה הצוות שבאמת בעל תודעת שירות גבוהה מאוד. הבן שלי לא הרגיש טוב. בגלל שזה היה יום ראשון היה קושי למצוא רופא. הצוות בקבלה דאג להכל עד שחזרנו חזרה למלון עם מרשם לתרופה מהרופא. באמת 5 כוכבים. נשמח להתארח שוב

We had a wonderful time in Qosmo. We spent five nights there, and everything was perfect. Highly recommend this hotel. The staff is professional and patient) I studied Romanian and tried to speak this language, and I am grateful to the team for being attentive and explaining everything to me patiently.

3 nights in Brasov Hotel is next toa new great mall and shopping center, lot of food options just next to the hotel. Hotel is new, clean, quiet and great service. Feels like 5 star. Its 2 miles from city and 5 min driving from center, but anyway we went each day to other location in Brasov , and this location is perfect
