great looking hotel，and the nice staff bring the experience to a next level: especially the waitress Tanin, warm greetings each day. I really appreciate it. 很好看的的英式酒店，服務人員態度很好，尤其是餐廳的Tanin，每天早上熱情問候，周到的服務，絕對給這個酒店加了很多分，非常感謝！

All'arrivo in hotel, mi sono sentita abbracciata dal calore e dalla professionalità dello staff. Check-in impeccabile dove ho ricevuto tutte le indicazioni necessarie per il mio soggiorno. Camera bella, letto confortevole, pulizia accurata. La colazione é eccezionale. Il maitre Albino mi ha accolto ogni mattina con gentilezza, simpatia e professionalità. Albino é un ottimo direttore di orchestra nel gestire lo staff e prendersi cura dei clienti assicurandosi che non manchi nulla. La colazione é servita in una ampia sala con vetrate a vista con una bella esposizione del cibo, tutto ottimo e, ricca scelta di torte, fatte dalla bravissima pasticceria Connie. Ho anche trascorso con amici la sera dell'ultimo dell'anno, dove ho potuto gustare le originali prelibatezze dello chef. La posizione dell'hotel é ottima. A pochi minuti a piedi dalla fermata della metropolitana di Gloucestter Road e Earl's Court. Ritornerò sicuramente a soggiornare all'Hotel Xenia.

I booked two rooms through the Marriott Bonvoy app but had to cancel a few days prior to arrival. The app provided a straightforward option to cancel my booking, however, the hotel still charged for one of the rooms. What came after was inconsistent communications, the inability to admit the system may have had an error, and extremely condescending customer service. I have been a business traveler for 20 years, and know that these issues can be resolved easily, and more importantly with more respect. Definitely do not recommend.

The location was excellent, the check in process was fairly seamless (although our room wasn't quite ready when we arrived), the restaurant was awesome (especially Albino and his team who are super friendly and attentive). Only real downside is that the room was incredibly small but that's the room I booked! Overall had a lovely time here.

What an amazing experience. Very good location, elegant hotel, nice rooms , great restaurant and above all the most friendly staff, starting from Bianca from the reception team to the wonderful La Terraza team : Albino who knows the name of every single guest, Asrar and her amazing coffee, Cesar who is always there day and night and the rest of the team. Check my separate review of this amazing restaurant. Also it was a great surprise to find Shataf in the bathroom. Overall this hotel is an exceptional one in everything . Really enjoyed my 3 nights and will definitely come back

Hotel elegante e pulitissimo, con grandissima attenzione ai dettagli, nel quartiere di Kensington, a pochi passi dal Victoria and Albert. Accoglienza professionale ed estremamente cordiale. Dario, al concierge, ci ha fatto sentire a casa e ci ha aiutato nell'organizzare visite e ottimizzare i tempi, un graditissimo plus! Altra nota di merito Albino, che in sala ha fatto sì che il mio breakfast gluten free fosse godibile in sicurezza. Da consigliare senza alcun dubbio!

What a lovely hotel! Very friendly & professional staff (reception & restaurant), delicious food at the restaurant (must try mind blowing cakes prepared by their pastry chef for breakfast & lunch). Hotel gives you access to a great gym, right next door with classes, pool & everything. Quiet area, slept very well :)

Chambre minuscule. Salle de bain lilliputienne. J’avais l’impression d’être de retour aux études et d’entrer dans une chambre d’auberge de jeunesse bien décorée. Beaucoup trop cher pour la prestation. Je suis Bonvoy élite platinum et je m’attendais à mieux. Petit déjeuner correct avec du très bon café. Où sont les scones ? Personnel sympathique.

Gréât location Good breakfast Service ok No gym but they give you accès to a near by gym which is super nice. Good value for London, room are smalls but convenient. We had a problem with some ventilation noise one night and it was fixed right away

飯店位於肯辛頓，距離兩個地鐵站僅數百公尺。結構很漂亮，公共區域和房間都維護得很好。房間雖小，但功能齊全，而且維護得很好。稍微繁忙的道路上有一些噪音，但沒有誇張。非常細心和友善的工作人員（尤其是接待處的比安卡以及盧卡和餐廳經理）。美味的早餐，提供新鮮優質的產品，尤其是蛋糕。飯店的義大利餐廳也值得推薦。

The hotel is amazin g Andreas and all the reception staff are lovely Manuel could not be more accomadating the staff in the restaurant are fantastic we came down last Wed my husband john Rowley was due to have replacement knee and it was cancelled we are having to stop at least another 4 days the staff make this hotel, the rooms are lovely and they have helped with the amount of stress we have had The Savoy could learn something from the staff here thank you liz and John Rowley xx
