「This hotel wasn't bad for the price but they definitely need more heating in the room with the bathroom freezing and only one plug socket, the breakfast was nice and the staff was very polite and helpful but it definitely needs money spending on it to improve the rooms」

JJamesHallGreat friendly couple running this hotel, booked during a period where a lot of hotels were booked up, usually I go to travlelodges/premierinns/holidayinns but this for the price this was way better and more personable. Granted it is a long old running Hotel, the reviews I see of this place are correct! Nice hot showers, hot chocolate and water bottles were an amazing bonus, just a continental breakfast which was free and all I personally needed to start my day. Right next to a convenience store for those quick forgotten items and even a bar if you wish to have a drink or hang out at the hotel. One thing I'll mention is stairs, might be difficult for anyone with a walking disability. Even the extra little services they offer are nice, like leaving your bags at the reception if your return journey is after check out if you plan to spend the day in Blackpool is a nice touch.

訪訪客總的來說，這家酒店很好，位置很好，也在海灘上，交通便利，步行到市中心很方便，設施很好，唯一的缺陷是我們第一次來這家酒店，我預訂了一家五口的海景房花了78 英鎊，到達時給了一個4 口之家的房間，沒有海景，只花費了65 英鎊，我知道，因為它在我到達時接待處給我的收據上註明了價格

訪訪客Hotel staff, facilities, food, swimming pools and entertainment were brilliant. Everything was presented really nicely in the foyer/reception area. The bedroom and carpets were really tired, however, and need a revamp to match the quality hotel foyer. We found the mattresses uncomfortably soft and didn't sleep well, so assume these were old too. A really mixed experience, but on balance the positive outweighed the negatives. The staff could not have been more accommodating or helpful. Highly recommend getting tram passes on app. before you arrive as need proof of children's DOB from passport or birth certificate. The tram stop is really conveniently opposite the hotel. Excellent reliable service :-)

訪訪客omg from the moment I walked in i was attended to nothing was to much trouble i had a sea view double room there was a act on downstairs very loud was worried about the house but never heard a thing the decor is a bit dated but the friendliness of the staff and yhe feel of the hotel made up for that I had a fantastic stay it does just what it says on the tin I will definitely be goung back

訪訪客The quality of this hotel was not great, but all we wanted was somewhere to sleep while we were in Blackpool so it served its purpose, and for the valid it was perfect.
Be aware that although the hotel says there is WiFi, it is only on the lobby and doesn't reach the rooms. We also didn't have a remote for the TV and it wouldn't work without, although we asked for one multiple times, the staff were unable to find one that worked for our TV.
The walls are very thin and you hear every noise from around the hotel. Luckily (also unfortunately) our room was the furthest away possible.
The water pressure on the shower was amazing. The hotel water on the tap comes out boiling hot straight away.
Overall, the quality of the hotel wasn't great, but for the price it was everything we needed

訪訪客Clean and tidy room, quad with private bathroom, 2 double beds. Blinds on windows instead of curtains and not blackout blinds, which left gaps in so people could see into room. Tv and tea/coffee in room. No breakfast available as no chef currently employed. £50 cash deposit must be given on check-in which was returned with no problem after room inspection. Well stocked bar and karaoke with bingo was played on Friday and Saturday night. Parking available at £10 a night but looked a bit risky out the back so didn’t park here. Reception not always manned and can be a long wait for someone to come after pressing bell. No hot water on 2nd morning so it looks like the early risers take all the hot water. For the price for a family of 4 over easter it wasn’t as bad as some reviews.
