Holiday Inn 克利夫蘭的獨立性(Holiday Inn Cleveland-S Independence)

We arrived at 3pm (checkin time) and there were no rooms. The whole lobby was filled with people who were waiting for rooms and the staff had no clue when rooms would become available. We had to leave for a wedding by 415 so we had to get dressed in the lobby bathroom. Very inconvenient and would have picked to stay somewhere where I could have a room at checkin time instead of this location

The location and amenities of this property are both good. Downtown Cleveland is a short, easy drive. Good restaurants nearby. Hotel pool was nice and had it all to myself. The hotel was busy with a convention or something the first night of our stay, so it was noisy. Too much hallway talking and slamming of doors. It didn't help that the bed was super uncomfortable. We kept rolling into each other since it sagged in the middle. Second night was quieter but bed didn't improve. Free buffet was a let down. Bread products were stale and I think the extra stale bread became French Toast. Our room wasn't made up the second day and when I called to enquire, I was told that I had to let them know the night before that we wanted maid service. This is new. I at least wanted clean towels. These took two reminders and a few hours to arrive. The hallways had food containers and empty glasses waiting to be picked up (we were there 3 days...never happened). This is a very tired property - there were some nicer looking hotels nearby, perhaps check these ones out instead.

Awful customer service from Heidi the manager . Was told a different amount for an incidentals charge . Manager Heidi pretty much said that I was given we on info from hotel and either pay the fee or cancel my room . And was treated poorly even after I paid it because I had no other choice . Will not stay at this location again .

I need a refund for this hotel stay. This has been the most miserable hotel experience I’ve had in my life. I am here for a YOUTH basketball event with my 12 year old daughter and was put in a room next to a DANCE CLUB. So you can imagine that dynamic within itself. But to be woke out of my sleep for the 3rd time tonight, by a group of intoxicated adults, yelling to each other about drinking and drugging with NO REGARD for anyone else in the hotel let alone the minors here for a basketball camp…ridiculous. I need my funds back and will NEVER be back at this place.

The rooms are very old and outdated with dirty carpet. There was garbage behind the couch, and the bathroom exhaust fan was pushing here instead of exhausting air. Overall, just an outdated ugly room. The breakfast buffet was awful and very limited.

Not a well kept hotel and the staff’s execution was poor. Asked for extra towels, pillows, and to get housekeeping. Every request got botched and never got housekeeping. Was a frustrating stay.

Overall, I felt unwelcome and uncared for. the staff at the front desk were rather condescending and rude. They also ran our card for an extra room. Ive had better experiences at much cheaper hotels.

I was disappointed got there to check in was given one price on ******* then when checked in was given another price which was $70 dollars more i mean what a rip off. And was also supposed to get a discount because rooms were reserved for is for a party there and said i couldn't since i went through ******* then was offered complimentary breakfast.
