Vejlefjord has an amazing SPA section. The "Termiske bade" is the best in the country. But the hotel is not keept very well, and appears a bit worn. When we arrived, we came about half an hour before we were supposed to check-in, and were not "allowed" to go to the spa area before the excact time. Very annoying. The staff we met were not very helpfull. The food in the restaurant were also average, and small portions. We will proberbly come again, but only because of the SPA, not the hotel.

I have been to Vejlefjord several times. Overnight stay with dining, conference, morning delight, evening spa. I have never been disappointed. I am always greeted with friendly staff who truly exude service. When I have eaten breakfast, lunch or dinner, it is of very high quality. The spa department is, in my view, by far the best in Denmark. I probably haven't been to every other place, but I've been to a lot of other places. The place is a gem, you have to give yourself the experience.

Fantastic spa - probably the best we have tried in Scandinavia. Just far too many people and not enough room for the dose…. Nice room, but very bad bed! Beautiful nature park with walks in the forest and by the beautiful fjord.

The spa is amazing and the hotel itself is set in gorgeous lands with a view over the fjord. One of the most beautiful spots in Denmark and not far from Billund airport. I'll definitely return but there is one huge gap: the restaurant is a real let down, food is beyond bad - mains and desert virtually inedible and we left the restaurant still hungry. hope that it was a blip, though looking at other postings on this site I fear it is not!!! Please get your act together @Vejlefjord. It would be good to hear what your response to this is.

Set in a wonderful location. The food at the restaurant is amazing. However, the rooms are very small and spartan. Showers are terrible. Wi-fi is also very slow. Gym facilities bare bones.

Our experience was somewhat ambivalent the Spa was wonderful. Beautiful location and the spa employees was service minded and friendly. The hotel reception was forthcoming and smiling a great atmosphere. The restaurant however did not meet our expectations and didn’t meet the standard of the other areas. The service was disorganized and there was a clear distinguishing between “A and B” guests. The food was overcooked and seem like it’s been reheated and the plates was dirty. Overall I would strongly recommend a trip to the spa but would stay clear off the restaurant.
