This is a perfect accommodation when exploring both Richmond and London. The tube station is just few minutes away and takes roughly 45mins to central London.
The hotel itself is so well managed; everything super clean and neat. Service was outstanding all the way. We did not have breakfast at the hotel, but coffee was good :)
The room itself was very small, but we dod not need much more space as we mainly just slept there.
I would recommend this hotel to anyone wanting to visit London, but sleep in a much more serene area!

The property was conveniently located for my needs, close to public transport into London. the staff were very helpful and professional.
I would definitely recommend the Selwyn to travellers as a great hotel to stay.
I will be coming back whenever I'm in Richmond

Staff were excellent. When I arrived the baby cot wasn’t in my room. I called reception and they immediately moved me to a larger room with baby cot, and helped me with all my stuff whilst I fed my baby.

The hotel is nice and modern, but the noise from the staff and the bins at 6 am are unacceptable, alongside my complaint not getting taken seriously, even after me showing them the video of the racket - I’m very disappointed.
Please get better glazing and pave the floor in bin store area so your staff didn't have to drag the massive bins over stones.
It's not acceptable to wake your customers up so early.

A lovely hotel, great location for walking into Richmond or getting the tube into London. You need to prebook parking which we did at short notice. Very efficient reception staff.

The rooms where smaller than expected and the airplane noise was constant from 4:30am til 12:00 midnight. If your a light sleeper choose elsewhere.
