布倫特伍德聖路易斯SpringHill Suites 酒店(SpringHill Suites St. Louis Brentwood)

We did not like this hotel. The hotel rules are not customer focused. The rooms are not well designed. The bedding was dirty. The room smelled of mildew. Couldn’t see the tv from the bed. No way to charge device on one side of the bed. The bed was lumpy and the pillows were thin. The staff was rude. The toilet was dirty as was the shower. The shower was also weak. The fridge was off and took forever to cool our soda. The water from the sinks tasted bad. Do yourself a favor and stay somewhere else

Reservation was in my name but I couldn’t make the trip. My husband tried to check in and the front desk person said I needed to call to add husband to the reservation. The agent I got on the phone when calling the number the front desk gave me was rude and not helpful. I gave reservation number which he could locate but he said he couldn’t add my husband because I booked through *******. I said I was 6 hours from my husband and he’s there to check in and I was told to call this number. He again said he couldn’t help me. I contacted my husband cell number and the agent at the front desk was able to get him added. Why was that so hard? Why couldn’t she had done that first of all instead of having to contact the rude man I got when I called?

The property is not keep clean and smells bad. I am not happy at all.

這是一個完全可以接受的地方。房間乾淨整潔。早餐很簡單但是很好。淋浴高度很好（淋浴噴頭鬆了，但我可以自己用手擰緊）。我對在郊區停車收費感到有點驚訝。除了汽車，你不可能通過任何其他方式到達這個地方。但沒關係，我想。

Carpet and couch in room were dirty. Was charged more for a pet fee than the actual room cost for just one night. Sketchy people hanging around and once I took my dogs out to potty I couldn’t get back in and had to go all the way around the front.

When we got there they couldn’t find our reservation through ******* - resulting in a super long check in process . They also refused the 250$ cash deposit ******* said they had to have - having to use our card instead . Once we finally checking in and made our way to the room we opened the door to find an unmade bed and trash everywhere . It looked like someone was staying there or if was not cleaned . Back to the lobby for another long check in process . New room, there were several water bottles near the bed (not ours ). The shower was dirty and had hair and visible dirt . By this time it was 930 and traveling all day we were exhausted and rather than risk a third disappoin**ent we stayed. Had there been time to find somewhere else we would have done so.
