I stay here for work very often. I love this place! It's very clean, service is great and the price is less expensive than most hotels in the area. The kitchenettes are nice and work fine. They don't provide any pans, plates or utensils of any kind, but I bring my own. Breakfast is scarce. Just granola bars, oa**eal and coffee. But it's better than nothing. Overall, this is a pretty quiet and enjoyable place to stay.

Correct stay date of Tu May 7 to Wed May 8: Former Extended Stay motel located in upscale/tony part of Nashville (Brentwood) yet basic-skeleton room framework (furniture, appliances, towels+ only, no supplies). Full kitchen but best to BYO: dish-ware/-detergent/-towels; cook-/glass-ware; utensils; napkins; coffee/tea. Surprised to have avail toilet paper! Recep provided one pot, one fork+one bowl for me as a "requesting guest" to include for microwave use. No elevator, limited TV channels, did not use Wifi. Skimpy boxed breakfast, promptly whisked away at 9 AM. May be hard to find with congested road traffic/to get motel staff to answer the telephone when needed. Parking lot doubles as public-use area for car cleanups/other reasons with loud music that penetrates motel windows. No visible professional security though felt safe inside (vs. car on outside). Look to when motel is said to be bought by Choice in 3 months.

I wasn’t a fan of the smell but the hotel is kept up well for a more budget friendly properties. No deposit easy check in,friendly staff and relatively clean considering.they have laundromat,vending machines and kitchens,If your stay here at a extended stay it’s for one major reason and that’s because it’s well below a traditional hotels discounted nightly rates not the amenities and ambiance.Other similar properties are in much less desirable parts of town and this location is a very quiet and located in a safe upscale county just 15 min for downtown. Bring your own towels and your own pillow wouldn’t be an awful idea as well.I stayed at a hotel last night with 100 incidentals deposit this was half that with no deposit.

Easy check in. Very bare bones facility, which was fine bc I wasn’t there much. The upstairs neighbors seemed to be making a lot of noise all night the entire time, so maybe the floor above was squeaky? Nothing special, but fine location and easy to navigate the area & access Nashville. Pillows were comfy!

Road weary choice but the Brentwood was very comfortable, quiet and the cost was great! Hotel checkin staff was very friendly. The lobby looks dated but the rooms were very comfortable and clean! Very nice stay overnight!

Place is in an isolated area, no walkable dining options. Their "breakfast" is granola bars, if youre lucky enough to get down there before they run out. Coffee ran out multiple times during our stay. Our tub faucet had a constant drip and the exhaust fan in the bathroom didn't work. Room 113. Quiet place in a safe neighborhood though.

Stayed here for one night as a solo traveler. I would definitely stay here again! Check in/out process was easy inconvenient. The property is located in a quiet, safe and secure area. Staff were courteous and professional. The room was clean and everything was in working order. The bed was comfortable and I slept well. Overall, great property!
