ADLER歷史客棧(Adler Historic Guesthouse)

Endlich mal wieder ein uneingeschränkt großartiges Hotelerlebnis. Ein mit viel Liebe zum Detail saniertes und restauriertes Haus mitten in Brixen, mit einen kleinen, sehr feinen Spa und einem Roof Top Pool mit direktem Blick auf die Kirche. Alles reduziert vom Design, aber trotzdem schön und sehr ansprechend. Aber das Beste an dem Haus sind die Mitarbeiterinnen. Alle aber auch alle , unglaublich freundlich, aufmerksam, empathisch, authentisch und professionell, das habe ich ewig nicht mehr so erlebt. Vielen Dank für so eine kurzen aber wunderschönen Moment. Wann immer ich in der Gegend sein werde, wird das Adler mein erster Anlaufpunkt sein.

Abbiamo trascorso qualche giorno per festeggiare l'arrivo del nuovo anno in questo splendido hotel storico in centro a Bressanone. Palazzo molto grande storico ristrutturato con la leggerezza moderna, personale molto accogliente e attento a soddisfare le nostre esigenze. Meravigliosa la spa con piscina sul tetto aperta e riscaldata a 35 gradi con vista sul campanile. Consiglio

L'aspetto esteriore dell'albergo dopo il restyling a cui è stato sottoposto è una magnifica fusione di antico e modernissimo, con i bellissimi bovindi in vetro e acciaio dal gusto davvero futuristico. E il restyling interiore va di pari passo. Corridoi dalle volte a botte antiche ma rese modernissime dal colore chiaro, le stanze ampie e luminose con arredamento in legno chiaro che si fonde perfettamente. E la magnifica, se pur non grandissima piscina, sul tetto, che domina i tetti di Bressanone, la Torre Bianca proprio di fronte, e le guglie del Duomo. Gradevolissimo sedersi a bordo anche solo per leggere un libro. La colazione, il loro punto forte di prima, è perfino migliorata, varia, per tutti i gusti, e prodotti anche locali di ottima qualità. Per me che amo il salato l'offerta di affettati è superlativa: prosciutto crudo e melone, speck, salame locale, prosciutto cotto, salmone affumicato di qualità ed in abbondanza. Un ottimo inizio di giornata. I prezzi sono un pò altini, ma lo sforzo fatto e i risultati ottenuti li meritano. In sostanza, un favoloso soggiorno prima del restyling, che si è confermato tale con parecchi punti di valore aggiunti. Inutile dire che tornerò, va da se. Complimenti alla famiglia Mair, li meritano ampiamente.

Approfittando dell'offerta di riapertura siamo stati ospiti per 2 notti di questo albergo posizionato ottimamente nella vivace cittadina di Bressanone. Albergo totalmente ristrutturato, bello e di classe. Stanze abbastanza ampie con arredamenti di design. A disposizione per la durata del soggiorno prodotti della linea vitalis, che conoscevo e che ritengo ottimi. Piccola piscina all'ultimo piano che, almeno nel nostro caso, in assenza di altri ospiti, ci è piaciuta molto. Colazione disposta elegantemente e molto varia. Insomma, non possiamo che consigliarlo. Forse solo due appunti che comunque non incidono sul giudizio complessivo ottimo: una bottiglia d'acqua all'arrivo in camera farebbe piacere trovarla e delle tisane nell'area relax. In più, ottima accoglienza e gentilezza di tutto il personale.Speriamo di ritornarci al più presto, ho visto che hanno prolungato la possibilità di usufruire delle offerte.

房間很大，陳設簡單。地板和家具需要更新了——對於一座原本美妙而大氣的歷史建築來說真是可惜。 非常乾淨的浴室和非常舒適的床墊。 早餐很棒，接待處的服務也很好。 位於布里克森中心的完美位置。

這家出色的酒店及其出色的員工，讓我現在已經有超過20次享受美妙放鬆時光的感覺，即使通常只停留兩天，這並非沒有道理！每次都必須享受 Finstsetrwirt！客人在這裡受到的熱情和專業的照顧真是令人印象深刻！我真的是超級粉絲！！ ;)

I am always reluctant to give negative feedback, but my experience was extremely disappointing. As I booked, nothing indicated I would stay in a garret room. Management later maintained the pictures were clear enough, but I strongly disagree. When I found out upon arrival, I immediately asked reception to be relocated, just to learn the hotel was fully booked. I asked to void the reservation for good (at no cost, obviously) but staff flatly refused. Not an apology, no other compensation offered (not even a discount at their own restaurant). So I had to stay in a very inconvenient situation for three nights. Only on day two management offered to cancel the rest of the stay, but clearly, at that stage (already one night into the stay, with bags unpacked for me and a 5-year old), I had no interest in finding another hotel. Notwithstanding the 'reservation accident', the accommodation was a letdown under many respects. I paid 200+€/night to be housed in a garret room, with limited fresh air and light even with the dormer window fully tilted outwards. As I am 6"+ ft. tall, I kept bumping my head on the ceiling every time I had to get in our out of bed. No air conditioning in the room, so it's either sleeping with the window open (you get river noise and light at dawn) or closed (claustrophobia+severe heat). The furniture is outright crappy and old (mind: not ancient). Towels were few and scratchy, amenity kit almost nonexistent. Overall, a 3*** at best with prices of a 4****L.

Modern, clean, beautifully designed, with lovely staff, and in the centre of town. Good directions, easy parking on site, or close by at a reasonable cost. Lovely breakfast, bed very comfortable with crisp linen, beautiful bathrooms, friendly staff, small pool but very welcoming with lovely terrace and nice steam room. We would return.

Beautifully renovated historic hotel. Luxurious room and bathroom with ample room to unpack, nice rooftop pool ,solarium and gym. beautifully presented and delicious breakfast and friendly, helpful staff.
