When we made our reservation, this hotel was a Best Western Premier. But, when we checked in we soon realized that it no longer appears to be affiliated with Best Western. We noticed the property did not seem as clean during this stay when we've stayed here previously. We found cough drops and tissues on the floor around the beds and dressers. The bath towels were also very thin as was the bar of soap in the room which is different than we stayed the previous year. The breakfast is also no longer included under the new ownership. All in all, our stay was fine, but we felt it was nicer when it was still a Best Western Premier.

We had a persistently howling and barking dog in the room adjacent to ours that started at 10:00pm. We were all awakened by the dog, and called the front desk for help. They immediately promised to come up and take care of the dog…Thirty minutes later, we called again, and were promised they were trying to find the owner. Forty five minutes later, my spouse dressed and went down to the front desk. He was met with an eye roll and a promise to try again to find the room occupant. The dog’s owner was found less than 100’ from the front desk, in the hot tub, after it was supposed to be closed. He was so drunk by the time he got upstairs, he tried to enter our room instead of his own, despite the continued vocal pleadings of his dog. Our key cards to the room had to be reprogrammed daily…whether they were left in our wallets or on the desk in the room. The eggs at the breakfast buffet were more gray than yellow every morning. The water in the hot tub was murky, stunk, and had a ridiculous amount of foam. It was obviously not being cared for. Lastly, don’t expect a hot shower. It’s like warm at best, no matter how long you let it run. This was by far one of the worst hotel stays I’ve ever experienced.

Hotel is very run down. In badly need of an upgrade. The heat in our room didn’t work, which made the room very cold. No hot water for showering. Windows in hallway was so crooked it didn’t shut. Breakfast consisted of 2 bags of toast and bagel, juice cartoons, coffee and some dry eggs. Worse breakfast than the cheapest motels. When telling staff about our experience the answer we got was that hotel was over 40 years old, and they do what they can to update it.

This hotel was short staffed which they should have told me when I called earlier but they didn’t. The steak house and bar in the hotel were closed. We weren’t able to check in early and had to hang out in the spa area after our treatment for over 2 hrs. as they wouldn’t let us check in a minute before 4pm which was very disappointing as we got to the hotel at 11am and had to find other stuff to do and come back for our spa service at 1pm. on the mountain there is no snow and everything was closed except 2 restaurants and 2 stores. I called and a rep from ********** called to see about a refund for 1 night and upon check-in, the front desk said no one called and I told them that we would only be staying for 1 night since they are short staffed and everything is closed, so I’m waiting for the refund still of the 2nd night.

Beautiful area!! Loved the resort! Friendly staff. Beautiful room. Awesome bathroom with amazing shower! Clean. Thin walls-could hear neighbors TV, talking and footsteps upstairs. Great breakfast! Great price (off season visit.)

Nice stop over in Brian Head. Room was very clean and comfy, nicely decorated. Took a swim in the pool and short soak in the hot tub. Dinner at the bar was just right. I'd stay there again!

The staff was very helpful and very friendly. My son really enjoyed the pool open late and the arcade. We will definitely return.

Beautiful lodge about 9,600 feet up a mountain. Beautifully clean, very comfortable, great service.
