奧託微風水療酒店(Brighton Black Hotel & Hot Tubs)

不要在這裡預訂！令人震驚和令人震驚的客戶服務！最糟糕的是……訂了一間家庭房，這樣我和我的朋友就可以各睡一張床，我們有一張雙人床！不開心，絕對沒有警告。 ！房間裡有杯子和 1 個玻璃杯。不能使用淋浴，因為如果火警從蒸汽中消失，害怕被充電！沒有通風所以沒有淋浴！破損的馬桶刷，淋浴間留下的包裝紙中的用過的肥皂，在進入前門的所有壓力之後，前門總是開著！難以置信！！ ＆ 沒人在乎！！！！

抵達後，我們沒有進入酒店的電子郵件。我撥打了前一天晚上打過的電話號碼，另一端的女士好心地幫助我們輸入了密碼。當我們進入房間時，我們找不到任何毛巾。我再次撥回電話號碼，在檢查並回電後，這位女士說沒有工作人員可以給我們送毛巾，所以她會派優步。儘管她非常樂於助人和友善，但我們仍然很失望，因為我們錯過了晚餐預訂，不得不等待毛巾洗澡並準備好。好像這還不夠麻煩，-淋浴的水很燙，無論我們嘗試什麼，溫度都沒有下降。我們洗澡的時候水越來越熱。我無法正確洗掉頭髮，因為如果我再泡在淋浴間，感覺皮膚會被灼傷。我再次撥回號碼，當然這位善良的女士無法派人幫忙，因為那是晚上。她確實說過有人會在早上來，但我們迫不及待地想在第二天早上 9 點之前離開，因為我們住得很不愉快。顯然，我們早上甚至都沒有嘗試再次淋浴，因為我們不想被燙傷。所以我們早上沒洗漱就離開了。更不用說我們幾乎沒有睡覺，因為一個男人敲門並在建築物的某個地方大喊大叫。每次我女兒搬進她的上舖時，床都會發出很大的聲音，把我吵醒。我還寫了 2 封電子郵件給奧托酒店進行投訴，並響了兩次電話/與 2 位女士交談，她們告訴我有人會回复我。一周後，我根本沒有回應我的投訴！他們完全讓我空白。非常不專業。

What a pig sty. I wouldn't stay here for free. When you complain, they ignore you. I've sent numerous complaint emails and phone calls, not once have I received a response. I repeat do not stay at this hotel.

This hotel will draw you in with the cheap price don’t be fooled. Foolishly I paid prior to reading the reviews trip advisor misleading and gave it three stars. Apparently there are no staff moaning the place, it’s hard to get into you need a pin to get in which causes a lot of people issues. It’s dirty and the quality ia poor. After you pay for the room they ask for a deposit of £100 which I found odd. People have also complained about not getting their deposit back. When I tried to call the place which is a mobile number no one answered and the email bounces back as well. In the end I lost my £157 because I didn’t want to risk it so paid to stay some where else. This place describes itself as a hotel but how can it be a hotel if there are no staff to man it. please avoid it like the plague pay a bit extra instead of you can. I’m glad I saw the reviews first.

When we arrived we had a very hard job gaining access with the entry system. We then started to climb the stairs with our luggage and had to keep stopping not realising there were 5 flights of stairs to our room (No 14.) We were not informed of the climb to our room during any stage of our discussions when booking. We felt that if you were planning to put anybody up 5 flights of stairs you should at least warn them and give them the chance to book elsewhere which us being Great Grandparents certainly would have done. I have telephoned and rang their complaints department many times over the past 2 months with absolutely no response from them at all.

Awful hotel, no lighting when stayed. Booked through *********** and this hotel refuses to answer them! Now taking to a small claims court. Do not fill the pockets of the people at this so called hotel. I. Would class it as a very bad bed sit

Worst experience. Unable to check in at all… stood in an empty entrance for an hour trying to contact hotel. Paid breakage deposit - still awaiting refund 2 weeks later Unable to check in Needed to book a neighbouring hotel so I had somewhere to sleep for the night No-one available to contact via phone - all terrible answerphone services No one answers the phone or the emails I send Been trying to get a refund for the room I was unable to check into due to no staff on site for the last 2 weeks Avoid. What a weird place. Firstly it was difficult to find as there is no sign on the building, then when we eventually worked it out we entered a dark hallway, painted black, and found a member of staff at a desk in what looked like one of the hotel rooms. We had to pay a £50 damages deposit without prior warning which I did receive back after a couple of days but only by repeatedly sending emails and threatening to contact the booking website. Our room appeared to be clean and was bright (understatement, the light fitting was as bright as the sun), but the window didn't meet the frame and let a horrible draught in, and the bathroom, particularly the shower cubicle, was absolutely tiny. It was nice to have a little fridge in the room with a kettle and tea bags etc, but that's probably the only good part. The hotel itself was noisy because all you could hear was room doors banging constantly above and below us. No idea where the "spa" was supposed to be - possibly in the basement, didn't fancy a trip down there! Upon checkout we searched everywhere for a member of staff (as there is no reception), knocking on doors, ringing the bell, even phoning (no one answers, ever), but as there were 2 random male guests lurking in the black gloomy hallway, apparently also waiting for staff to appear, we started to feel uneasy and just left. Worth the money? No. Would I stay here again? Absolutely not. Is it even a hotel, let alone a spa? Who knows. Very odd, i've never seen anywhere else run like it.

Booked a deluxe double room for £127.00 for a night. Arrived to find we had to pay £50 (damage) deposit before we could get in. First time ever! The location didnt have a reception but a door entry system. Which went to a mobile phone with a full mailbox! Stood outside in the cold for 45 minutes. Finally found someone who worked in the spa. They tried to help but would not give contact numbers. Got in to the property and was given the key box number which was on the room door!! Room was cold, damp, small with a bunk bed arrangement. Light was painted over and falling out of the ceiling, Wardrobe was a metal cabinet found in a workshop! Radiator was not working and an electric substitue was in the room but didnt look safe. The power socket which the tele was supposed tobe plugged into was falling out of the wall. There was a fake nail on the bed. The shower room had a smell and although relatively clean had staining in the shower. We finally got a number for one of the hotels other locations in Brighton from a website. The receptionist was friendly. We explained the issue that the room was not as advertised or paid for. They explained that the computor system was to fault!!! No other rooms were available and suggested contacting another hotel in the Brighton area which they sent us the details for. We had to pay a premium rate well above our origonal book for the second hotel. The receptionist for Otto Breeze did refund out £50damage deposit on the day and the staff at the spa were helpful (although not allowed to supply information). We received a refund for the total amount of £127.00 but this was a stressful experience.
