Where do I start... from the moment we entered the unit, it reeked of mould. I was not expecting a new property, but I was expecting it to be clean and safe... and it was definitely not either of these things. The shower screens were black with mould, the glass was smashed, and there was even a panel missing from one of the showers. The vents and walls were covered with dust and mould. I did not feel comfortable sitting on the stained lounge, nor did I want to shower my children for fear they would cut themselves on the broken glass. We left feeling like we wanted to take a bath in disinfectant after our visit to this unit. The staff were arrogant when told about these issues and brushed them off - saying they only acted as a middle man to the owners of the unit. I also paid for parking of two cars however we had such trouble parking both vehicles in the very tiny allocated spot (which is only suitable for one vehicle) that I had to climb out of the passenger seat to get out of the car. The carpark is also not attached to the hotel. After paying over $400 for one night, I felt inclined to advise others of the terrible management of this hotel and our experience.

The property wasn’t ready on arrival. In fact the cleaning team didn’t even go in until we got there. We don’t want a $10 voucher for the bar downstairs to make up for it, we want our room ready on time. It should be possible given it’s 4 hours between check out time and check in time. It’s really basic. The photos don’t really present it accurately. It’s rated as. 5 person property but the listing doesn’t make it clear that only 3 beds are available and you have to pay an extra fee for an extra bed in the room. The kitchen is very basic. Barely suitable for cooking. It really needs a makeover to make it up to date. The kitchen equipment is all mismatched and really not up to the job. There are super basic cheap soaps and cleaning products which barely do any good. The dishwasher is so old and it’s jets blocked that you’d be better hand washing. The dryer keeps cutting out with the load still wet. There’s is no vacuum cleaner which makes it uncomfortable when you have 5 people there for 6 nights. Not recommended.

Great location on the river, unfortunately the Lawn was closed on the days I was there, but not far to other choices to eat and drink. Arrived late, key easy to get and friendly staff

Lack of communication around check in and no one answers the phones / the intercom on the door wasn’t answered either. Wasn’t until I posted a comment on Facebook someone decided to come down to assist with check in - wasted an hour trying to get into the building - some suggestions would be communicate with your guest and if you have phones answer them or at least pretend to care about patrons spending money.

We love staying here, there was an issue with the water which apparently was due to Brisbane council which did spoil things a little as we couldn't get ready but other than that we had a great stay

Great location, close to required event. Have stayed here before. Good views of the river and city surrounds. Was diappointed the balcony door did not have a lock.

Booked 2 bed apar**ent 3 months in advance for 2 kids and 2 adults and had two queens beds on arrival. Issue was rectified with a rollout but service was extremely surly. Room very cramped with a queen and a single bed. Cupboards and bathrooms were dirty. Cable didn’t work and aircon in main bedroom ineffective. Limited dining options in immediate area and restaurant overpriced. You can do a lot better than this for the price.

We rented a deluxe two bedroom unit. We expected to have a dining table in a unit that size but it only had stools at the kitchen bench. It was also very short of eating utensils which made constant washing up of them necessary, so they could be re-used. The unit was very clean and comfortable. To access the city we had to use the car, as the ferry terminal near the Apar**ents was closed for renovations, which was very disappointing.
