Hotel manager AJAY KAPOUR was not very accomodating. I was charged for a room that i did not stay in, and they never mentioned the extra room and charged my card and claimed he did not see the charge even after i showed it to him on my bank account. He assured me that he did not see that the hotel charged me although he looked at it. He told me if i had a problem to call him back and he would help me with it. He blatantly lied, he did not assist me in anyway, he basically ended the call and kept my money. If there was another room in my name it should have been mentioned at check in that i had 2 rooms. As nice as this hotel could be, AJAY KAPOUR is a stain on the Hilton brand. I stay at this brand very often. Just checked out of one this morning. NEVER AGAIN!! THANK YOU AJAY KAPOUR FOR ALL YOU DID NOT DO FOR A LOYAL CUSTOMER
