Wir hatten einen wirklichen Traum-Aufenthalt. Für uns das schönste Alpine Mountain Hotel in Europa. Man kommt an und ist sofort entspannt. Was für ein tolles Hideaway! Der Blick auf die Dolomiten ist atemberaubend. Tolle Zimmer, in denen man sich sofort wohl fühlt. Das Restaurant mit den Séparée‘s ist klasse. Perfekt für uns Schweizer Gäste, wir sind immer mehr für uns ;o) Frühstück ist schon fast ein Gourmet-Brunch. Besser kann man es nicht machen. Das Essen allgemein ist wirklich sehr fein. Kompliment an die Küche. Der Spa und Pool sowie die Aussenliegen alles erste Klasse. I have never written a TripAdvisor review before but felt compelled to after our trip, especially as I used reviews of hotels extensively to choose this place. In short: we had an amazing time. I'm not sure any holiday experience I will ever have will top this! Even in low season (perhaps especially because it was low season!) we had an incredible time. The most relaxed and cared for I've felt in years. I have recommended this hotel to everyone and will most definitely be coming back. Luxurious nature retreat. Definitely worth the price. Pros: Everything. The Spa. The staff. The food. The location. The custom and friendly service. The quiet having chosen the off season. Cons: None really. If I were really to pick at straws here - the spa shop was quite expensive for the products. But I am really being picky here!!! Time of year & weather: We chose low season because of our scheduling. I was concerned (especially as we arrived in the rain!) that the beautiful view would be obscured. However, the weather changes rapidly in the mountains and the next morning we were awoken to the first snowfall, which was absolutely magical resting on the pine trees that frame the mountains. The following day we had sun! You may sometimes be taking a bit of a gamble but the low season means less people and the weather was perfect for us. Location: Remote, which is wonderful. We took a 2-hour transfer from Innsbruck and arrived here with a wonderful view (we were told the best) of the iconic Geisler peaks. Peaceful and tranquil. There are some small walking trails from the hotel, but on a sunny day when we were seeking a longer hike, the hotel concierge very generously offered to take us up (free of charge) to Bergkappele Kreuztal (8 min drive) and we had a breaktaking 2 hour hike with uninterrupted views. They then picked us up and drove us back to the hotel. This was a very nice and generous touch as we arrived without our own car. Facilities & amenities: - Incredibly stylish (if you like modern, which we do). Unlike the classic mountain style which is heavy on old-fashioned wood designs which for us and can sometimes feel a bit claustrophobic, this was very sleek, which incorporated local wood in its design but also had floor to ceiling windows EVERYWHERE (our room! the restaurant! amazing) so as to maximise the views. It was minimalist to show off the main attraction - the outside. We absolutely loved it. - Room: We were upgraded through FHR (Amex) from a Suite to a Tower Suite and it was amazing. Wraparound views and lots of little touches, like a complimentary (non-alcoholic) minibar with drinks and snacks and a spa bag to take down to the spa. The products in the room and the spa are amazing - in-house made shower gels, shampoos and lotions made with local ingredients (larch sap; stone pine sap; etc). These smelled amazing. They are available for sale in the spa shop and are used in the spa treatments (see below). Great spa - my partner is unashamedly

J’ai séjourné avec ma copine le 23 au 26 Février dans une Tower Suite de Forestis. C’est un week-end spécial car c’était le cadeau d’anniversaire pour ma copine, un week-end relax et de détente dans un endroit magique. Mais plusieurs expériences sont venus gâchées cela, commençons avec le dîner où ils oublient de vous apporter le vin avant de vous ramener les entrées, on a dû redemander au serveur pour avoir notre bouteille commandée avant le repas. J’ai commandé des fleurs pour ma copine car comme écrit plus haut c’était son anniversaire, ils ont oublié de mettre de l’eau dans le vase, après 2 jours les fleurs sont mortes, ils m’ont remboursé le prix des fleurs mais je tiens quand même à rappeler que nous sommes dans un hôtel 5 étoiles à 1000 euros la nuit. Ce genre de détail montre que Forestis n’est pas digne de leur étoile. Car oublier de mettre un peu d’eau dans des fleurs c’est d’avoir aucun respect pour le client. Cette dernière expérience est l’un des plus graves, pendant ma baignade dans leur somptueuse piscine j’ai remarqué un Rat mort à l’intérieur de la piscine, je me suis empressé de prendre une photo et d’avertir le staff qui à immédiatement retirer le rat. Je leur ai demandé de faire un nettoyage, on m’a assuré que la piscine était filtrée tous les jours, dégoûté par ce que je venais de voir, je ne souhaitais plus mettre un pied dans cette piscine car à la vue de ce rat rempli de germes, en parlant avec le manager il m’affirme que cette situation était toute à fait normal car nous sommes en pleine nature, alors si c’était un renard, un loup ou un ours, je comprendrai vraiment MAIS un rat ne peut pas venir de cette forêt car rempli de neige et une température très basse, il ne peut pas vivre dans ce genre de conditions, du coup le rat vient de l’hôtel, quand je disais ça le manager adjoint ma souris et m’a dit « on ne sait pas, il n’y a pas de preuve ». Ils ont laissé leurs clients nagés dans la piscine même juste après avoir enlevé le rat, sans attendre le cycle de nettoyage. (Vous pouvez admirer le rat en photo si dessous). Ma pire expérience d’hôtel 5 étoiles de ma vie, que le manager vous dise que c’est normal de retrouver un rat mort dans la piscine car vous êtes en plein milieu d’une forêt enneigée et des températures négatives, que je répète ne sont pas des conditions où un rat peut survivre. Bref à fuir

This sensational resort made sure All my requests were met prior to my arrival. They arranged all best locations for my photoshoot with my photographer Luca and made sure all my requests were met and were very organized with absolutely every detail. Cuisine was arranged after a long working day of photoshoot and they made sure my guided hike was arranged to view the Dolomites as I wanted. I would definitely recommend to any mountain lover and I loved the cuisine, spa, and yoga class I took in the morning. Would definitely return as I love Dolomites mountains 🏔️ Thanks to the outstanding staff that made sure I was well taken care of . Joycie New York

Il FORESTIS è situato a 1800 m di altezza sopra Bressanone ed offre una visuale sulle Dolomiti da far invidia a qualsiasi 5 stelle L al mondo. In questa struttura io e mia moglie abbiamo soggiornato 4 notti e devo dire che ci siamo trovati veramente benissimo. I punti di forza oltre alla vista incredibile, sono sicuramente la cucina dove materie di primissima qualità sono accompagnate da un ottima carta dei vini ma soprattutto da un personale squisito e preparatissimo.. È davvero bello vedere uno staff giovane così preparato, informale nella maniera giusta e sorridente fare di tutto per poter esaudire ogni tua richiesta.. davvero un plus fondamentale. Si nota fin da subito che c’è un gran lavoro dietro e costante. Colazione anche questa spettacolare, di tutto e di più con un sacco di prodotti tipici freschissimi. Spa molto ben curata con una piscina esterna incantevole e con dei letti comodissimi dove potersi rilassare. Unica nota a cui non so dare un perché è come mai nella sala ristorante non esiste un bagno e una persona debba farsi 2 rampe di scale e 40 mt a piedi per trovarne uno, ed inoltre il fatto che la parte vecchia affiancata alle 3 torri nuove diciamo che non è il massimo per gli occhi ma comunque per tutto il resto ne è valsa la pena decisamente. Stanza sulla torre molto minimal ma provvista di tutto , sempre pulitissima. Noi avevamo la 261 sulla torre e si vedeva un paesaggio da fiaba ogni giorno. Che dire , esperienza veramente di alto livello e molto rilassante. Consiglio di fare L escursione con lo zio, persona incredibile e sincera , ciaspolata abbastanza impegnativa ma ne vale assolutamente la pena.
