Perfect

Stayed here when I was traveling for work. The rooms were nice and clean. It was in a very decent location with food and grocery stores near by. The staff was super friendly and helped out with anything I needed. The breakfast was pretty good as well.

This was a fantastic suite and a wonderful price. The staff was always ready to help thus making the stay completely relaxing and perfect. Thank you so much to the entire staff for all your hard work to keep guests happy and relaxed the whole time!

It was ok. Staff were very accommodating. The pool door didn't lock, and it seemed a large wedding party who were not hotel guests came in to swim. They were all adults, and not very clean. This ruined the pool experience for our girls which is why we chose the hotel.

Only downside was that there was only one working elevator. Everything else was good. The staff was very friendly. The room was clean and spacious. Check in and out was smooth. Parking was close. We would stay there again. We will highly recommend.

Great location and very clean and welcoming. Had a wonderful experience with the Front Desk Clerk, Vanessa, was so helpful and explained everything extremely well. My suite was very nice. Just a few things that needed attention such as Kleenex and the shower. Overall, I would highly recommend this location!

Very clean, great AC ( goes down to 60 ) restaurants / bars / gas stations /Starbucks / Walmart neighborhood market within walking distance. Safe area of town, I have a jeep with no top and it’s never been messed with overnight. Try Kirin if you like Asian food.

We were very disappointed in this hotel. Unlike other Holiday Inns in the area, breakfast was not included and would have added $20 a day to our bill for both of us. There was no hair dryer in the room and had to request one. There was no ice bucket, no safe and no luggage rack so that luggage had to be put on the floor! The location was convenient, but next time we will choose another hotel when in Tulsa.

Our room was not prepared for us. I had to ask for sheets and a blanket for the fold out sofa. Our reservation specifically said two adults and two kids so they had the information needed to get our room prepared. The toilet in our room didn't flush and there was only 1 roll of toilet paper. We were really looking forward to sitting in the hot tub but that was barely working. The temp was far under what you’d expect and the jets weren’t working at all. The fitness center water machine wasn’t working and was constantly beeping throughout my workout so I had to unplug it. And on top of that there was not hot water at 8:30 in the morning.
