The rooms were nice and clean. The pillows could be replaced. They were very thin and lumpy. I would have also liked better quality when it comes to toiletries. They had the bare minimum as far as soap and shampoo.

Bed sheets had stains. Restrooms had no soap for two days. When I told someone at front desk I was told to find the person who works near the breakfast because they were the ones who fix that. There was no one at the front desk whereas the breakfast area was full. So much pieces of food and garbage on floor in corners and plastic bags from previous party. So disappointing

The TV in our room does not work. I went downstairs to see the front desk. She showed me how her remote worked on the television in the lobby. My remote did not do anything. She gave me her remote and I came back upstairs but the television still does not work, she has no maintenance person in this hotel tonight, no additional rooms to move me to. She has absolutely no solution for me and offered none. After a very long day of travel and trying to get settled in this room tonight we could not just sit back and relax a bit before going to bed , she offered to have the maintenance guy come up in the morning but I’m traveling by 6 AM so that doesn’t work. Additionally, they had told me that there was a breakfast buffet there from 6 AM turns out that on Saturday it doesn’t start until 7 AM so since we’re leaving earlier than that, we can’t even take advantage of the breakfast All the way around this hotel is not that bad but they can’t manage enough people on site to do what needs to be done

Great hotel and location but there was some major water damage that looked as though it had been repaired but the repair didn’t seem to have worked. The ceiling was patched but looked like the rain could still cause issues. We were on the top floor, and from the outside it looked like there was a tarp on the roof. Maybe they were planning to fix it. It didn’t rain while we were there, so it was great. This hotel had one of the most comfortable beds. The pillows were good too. Ted Escondido’s was right across the parking lot, which made for easy dinner and drinks.

This is a fairly newer property and the quality of the room was subpar and seems more like an old rundown facility

I reserved a room for 3 adults and 2 kids. My room said that it would sleep 5 people. When I got there it was only room for 4. I immediately went to the front desk and told them. I did not get a response for several hours about it. And when I did, I was told that a fifth person could sleep on a couch. And that would be all great if there was a couch in the room, they refused to move rooms. They also said they had no cots . I ended up leaving the hotel at 10 PM with all the kids and going to another hotel. They could not even give me a paper saying that my money is going to be refunded.

The smoke detector in the room next to us kept on going off and the shower handle was leaking the whole time of our stay.

Property is fine. Rooms are clean. However, there was a very disruptive woman in another room that was continuously screaming, yelling and banging stuff non stop for hours and it was reported multiple times, by multiple customers and they still were allowed to continue the disruptive behavior by the hotel staff with no resolution.
