I was given a room which was not cleaned. In the bath room, there was a used soup and in the closet, there was a pack of diapers. So I requested them to change my room which they did. Breakfast is normal.

The stay wasn't anything remarkable - I came in, I stayed, I left. Check-in was quick, and the person at the front desk was extremely helpful and nice. The bathroom could have been cleaner. There were signs of decay and some stuff that looked like peanut butter stains. The fridge was making loud noises all night long. Aside from that - it was an okay stay.

Really friendly staff, nicer than average breakfast, loved the warm cinnamon rolls! Very comfortable room & bed.

No soap provided by bathroom sink, we had to reach in the shower for the soap on the wall. The soap in shower barely squirted out. Fan didn’t work on heat/ air conditioning . There was a small bottle of lotion beside the sink that I couldn’t shake or squeeze out.

The pillows were so flat, not to standard that we are use to when staying at IHG!!

Prefer setting to be cooler in the gym, or a fan over equipment. Otherwise a great stay.

We had a great stay! Always so good seeing Joanne!! And the complimentary breakfast was very good as usual, especially the biscuits and gravy!!

Customer service was nice and friendly and the room was clean and comfortable

We had business at Emory University Hospital and your location was convenient to the hospital.

Nice clean hotel . It was close to our family. Breakfast was super with hot and cold choices.

This is the fist time staying on this hotel, and to be honest, it’s a great hotel, nice and clean and staff service are great. I definitely recommend it.

Property was clean, beds were comfortable, shower was amazing and body care items provided was top notch. Will definitely book again if I’m the area.

This was well above what I expected for the price I paid. I dont know anything about the area, but it seemed quiet the night we were there for a baseball game. Waffle House right next door for late supper and the breakfast at the hotel was great. Only issue I saw was the faucet in the tub dripped, but I just put a washcloth down to dampen the sound and couldnt hear it.

Nice jym and breakfast. location was perfect for my program.
